I purchased/ordered a chest freezer more than a week ago and latest expected delivery date was supposed to be the 9th and the reason I'm doing this complaint is coz there hasn't even been an update on the app which is worrying. I called them and they said the courier company would get hold of me but nobody got hold of me! This is so frustrating!!! I'm sorry but I will never ever order from Makro online again and I highly suggest that nobody orders from them! Makro please assist me with this
This is unacceptable!! I went to see a specialist with a referral letter and a authorization number only for them to tell me its not covered and I must claim it back from Bloom and now you're telling me it take half a month for it to be processed before making the refund ?
I placed an order and paid Thursday 23 Oct and the salesman said it would take 3-5 days to arrive. I called today the 29 Oct and they say the courier process is only starting today, this is totally unacceptable and I'm not happy with their service at all and I'm sorry but I will not recommend Nissan Milnerton at all!!!!!!
Very quick and detailed responses which is very helpful and makes me glad I took the insurance out.
I wanted to sell a car to them but apparently the car does not meet there criteria. I read through their criteria and I would not have wanted to sell if I thought it did not meet the criteria. The car is clean, about 13 years old which is meeting their criteria, mileage is less than 100 000km, I'm based in WC and service history is suffice so I struggle to understand why they said I could it does not meet "their critera". This is not the first time this is happening, this actually makes me upset and make me not want to even purchase a car from them and recommend them! I'm sorry but I won't deal with them. I understand you have a reputation to live up to but then please change yo buying criteria to avoid this!!!!!!!
I buy vehicles from WeBuyCars all the time for the company I work for but the last 3 vehicles I purchased from them had false Dekra reports which is a huge concern coz how many other cars has false Dekra reports. x1 out of the 3 said suspension "very good", upon taking delivery there were loud knocking noises and a control arm had to be replaced and I'm still waiting on them for feedback. x2 of them had major gearbox leaks and again the Dekra report says "very good" and this is totally unacceptable. I understand they're selling 1000s of cars but please let your Dekra department get this right! I will await your feedback.
I purchased a x2 jeans from Levis on the 2 December 2024 and received the jeans on the 6 December 2024 - I was happy with the turn around time. I fitted both on and the one fitted true to size and the other I was not happy at all then I logged a return and it was approved. I received an email saying my jeans would be collected but there would be a delay coz of BF specials would I understood then there was no communication from Levis or the courier company whose supposedly had to collect item. I contacted the support team and they asked for more details which I gave to them and still now there's no response. I tried calling and I'm getting nowhere, I'm sorry but I will never ever buy from Levis online again and I also don't recommend buying from them as they don't care about their consumers! I'm very unhappy with their service!!!
Application was easy, I was satisfied with the offer they gave me and went ahead with the process. I sent vehicles documents to the curator and she said they can no longer buy the vehicle has it hasn't been owned for 9 months or more which I don't/can't understand as the vehicle was owned by my employers wife and then the company purchased the vehicle from her so I don't understand why it cannot be purchased. I am very upset and unfortunately will not recommend #notgetWorth to anybody I'm sorry!
I traded my device and accepted their offer a week ago and Tuesday they told me the payment will be processed within 24-72 hours and I still haven't received any payment. Today they told me again the payment will be processed within 24-72 hours, I mean they told me that last week and now today - this is truly unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone trading their device as the process is too long. I'm sorry
I bought a PS4 at Toys R Us in Canal Walk, Cape Town, South Africa on the 26 June 2021. Just this week the control stopped charging, I mean nothing happened it literally just stopped working. I call Toys R Us because there is a 1 year warranty but they say it’s only for the console but I mean how can I buy a brand new console and not even 6 months the control doesn’t work anymore! I am beyond upset!!!! This is not right Toys R Us!!!!!
