We have been calling everyday for the past 7 months regarding an amount of R200k added to our account number 619901935686 with no reason nor authorization. Emails have been sent following up from different agents. I just got off a call now from 0219009600 where this male customer care agent called me on my cellphone number 0734473646 at 12:14 and then routed me to a machine after explaining the query, without saying anything. This is a business, our landline is has not been working and NOBODY is assisting!
I have been assisting my father (pensioner) with a proxy signed and sent in 2019 to assist with communication on his medical aid as he is aged, losing his eyesight and hearing aid. Been calling and emailing Sizwe Medical with reference WF20230322N10766771, WF20230322N10769987, WF20230323N10776602. Medical Aid gets suspended every month with no communication whatsover. Payments are up to date and nothing outstanding as far as we know. He is on chronic medication and has not received his meds this month. What gibberish is this????????
My disputes show resolved but no email sent, no feedback, no changes on credit report which is paid annually just nothing. I have been requesting a settlement/paid up letter since Friday. Constantly receiving calls from different agents explaining the same **** to all of them. Need this letter today by end of business. Signed up 03.02.2022 (The Marc) Advised to only activate after medical aid kicks in end of March. Sales person confirmed they will only debit in Pril 2022. Cancelled application telephonically 14.02.2022 and again 16.02.2023 and sent an email 25.02.2022 to confirm cancellation yet Planet Fitness is still debiting my account! See attached email. A QR Scan payment of R900 was paid to MooMoo restaurant 24.09.2021 and to date payment has not reflected on their side. Restaurant advised they are not registered with Scan To Pay. I made another payment to the restaurant as they opened a case with the SAPS. All attachments, proof, secure chats, email trail sent to wealth disputes. I want my refund.
Good day I just received an SMS telling me R10637.04 has been deducted from my bank account by Hosmed Medical Scheme. This is rediculous and not the first time that this medical aid does not communicate. I am a pensioner with a daughter in varsity. That is my full salary for the month of March, no groceries no transport money , no water and lights because ****ing HOSMED took my money. What is supposed to happen!!! They have been collecting my premiums on a monthly basis with no fail. I want my MONEY NOW TODAY!
