I am very disappointed in the service or lack of service I received from The Hyde Hotel and the Essential Wellness Spa. I had recently purchased a Voucher for my wife and I for a couple's massage and 3 course dinner or lunch, however when we call to make reservations, we always told the person who makes the bookings is not available, and they had promised us that as soon as they are available they will contact us but it's been two weeks now and the person is still not available. This is concerning because there is no way possible that these two place only rely on one person to make bookings. The most annoying thing is that the voucher expires in April, and I would have wasted my money and also ruined my wife's birthday thanks to them.
OK Foods Oakdale has a poor service, after purchasing rice that was off upon returning we were met by the manager on duty who's interpersonal skills needs work as she did not communicate whatsoever what was going to happen, therefore we were forced to follow her the entire store which I found to be unprofessional as walking behind her the entire store with no communication suggested lack of professionalism
Very poor service I have experienced today, the store was completely empty however it took my entire lunch to get my order, and they had mixed up orders and it was a nightmare
Afrihost is a sorry excuse for a service provider as they do not provide service at all, they are good at taking your money but not providing service
When I joined Momentum a few months ago I received a membership certificate indicating that there are no waiting periods and no exclusions, on 02/12/2022 in a process of requesting pre authorisation for hospital I was informed that there was a waiting for the condition I was being admitted for and the hospital had to send me on my way because they couldn't help me. Imagine being sent home not knowing whether you would die or not
I was fooled to think FNB was any better from other banks but they all the same, not sure if it's my bad luck or what but the service I received at FNB khayelitsha is very disgusting to say the least.
What a disgusting service and greeting from an individual named blessing who failed to inform us politely the place is closed instead he rudely commanded us to leave, had we been told we should leave we would have left but the junk attitude we got was extremely disgusting
So I placed an order at KFC in long street Cape Town, as I collected my order I was assured every thing was in the paper bag. As soon as I arrived at the hotel only to discover my order had few items missing and the manager had the audacity to instruct me to walk in the rain and have the order return instead of providing us with the missing items. The guy also failed to acknowledge and apologise for the inconvenience instead he raised his voice to his massage across and not listen to a damn thing I said to him
I ordered two pizzas with Debonairs khayelitsha mall with a 1l coke upon delivery the driver presented me with two buddy cokes and told me it's the same thing as the 1l, to my surprise I responded and said it's not the same coz had they been uncertain about the quantity they should have called me to confirm it but they didn't do that and now they returned with the cold drink I purchased and have not received it back yet... What a bunch of scammers
So KFC khayelithsa decided to be lazy and not prepare themselves for a moderate morning, and informed customers that we have to wait for an hour for our orders as opposed to preparing in time or informing us prior to placing an order... This is very disappointing at most coz no body has an hour to waste on a Sunday
