Very dissappointing that Kauai makes changes to Discovery meal vouchers without informing their customers. No email or SMS or any form of notification that your Discovery make it a meal was changing from R76 to R89 for a wrap. I just ordered from you guys yesterday. I even have a Gold membership status at Kauai, that's how much I purchase from Kauai. Due to improper handling of in store queries and no proper communication, Kauai is no longer my preference.

Franke Stainless Steel Wash Trough has started to rust and crack at the seams. Purchased this 1 year 3 months ago and it's already giving up. This was trough has hardly been used hence me noticing it now. Nonetheless, contacted Franke and they advised that it's not for COASTAL USE OUTSIDE. There should be some sort of sticker on the item advising customers of such. The Franke geysers are no better, all 4 Franke geysers of mine have already failed.
Logged a claim online and submitted pictures online with reference 00005392. Agent called me back and said they'll send me an email with the claim number etc, no email was received. I called the call center today and after being transferred multiple times and having to reexplain my claim process, my call was cut and nobody bothered to call me back. Pathetic service.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A USED CAR FROM HERE!!! I am from Durban and was interested in a 2019 BMW X3, I asked many questions including if the vehicle had paintwork, I spoke to the sales person and the sales manager and they both assured me that the vehicle is clean, no accident damage or paintwork (Just the front bumper had paintwork). My finance was approved, my insurance was in place, I drove all the way to Joburg for this damn vehicle only to find out that more than half of this vehicle is resprayed!!! The drivers door doesn't even sit flush when closed! THEY WASTED MY TIME, MY FAMILIES TIME, MY FUEL AND I HAD TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION because these people LIED to me!!! I wasted about R5000 and my weekend and my families weekend because of these LIARS who also tried to get me to sign the documents without viewing!!! BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO TRAP ME WITH THIS VEHICLE!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I hope you don't sell this to an unsuspecting buyer!!! I should be reimbursed for all the costs I had to incur!!!
I have a scratch and dent policy, I have been trying to log a claim, website only give a "Call me back" option which I submitted on 14 June 2022, it is 8 days later and nobody has gotten back to me. Reference number listed in the reference field.
Your buggy website doesn't allow prospective clients to apply for their chosen product, instead selects another product for them. Eg. I have referred someone to FNB, they want to join FNB and tried applying online for an Aspire Encore account and meet the pre-requisites. When applying, it keeps choosing an Aspire Current account or if you change the product it only allows you to select an Easy Account. An unknowing person would select an Aspire current account not realizing that it is different from the applied account which is an Aspire Encore!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ELSE YOU WILL BE DUPING CUSTOMERS!!!
Y'all are ****ing me off now. This is the second time this year y'all make an error on my account and say that my account is not in good standing and therefore I do not qualify for ebucks, then I gotta waste my damn time and complain to get y'all to fix it. Your Home loans department has called me atleast 10 times and I've spoken to 4 consultants already. The later 3 consultants I have to ask 'is this in regards to an incorrect message about my account being in arrears' and they'll reply 'yes' and that I should ignore it and it was an error on your system! Fix the problem! I'm tired of your errors causing an inconvenience for me!
I have this policy for about 2 Years now and I submitted my first claim in November 2021, till now it's not been sorted out. It says claim has been approved but nobody assists thereafter. I've sent them multiple emails, but I am not winning. Very disappointing service from this company.
