I was called and requested to come in for what i was led to believe was a free service to check my shocks. I did not request a service to be done for wheel alignment. next best thing im being given an amount of R518 that was supposed to pay,mind you i did not ask nor did i want that to be done because i also didnt have money. I had to borrow money to pay this. next time please can the people be made aware that they will be paying for "free" services.
I JUST WANT TO COMPLIMENT A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF THANDO IN THE CALL CENTRE. (CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION) I UNFORTUNATLEY DIDNT GET HES SURNAME BUT HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND EXTREMELY WELL MANNERED.I SPOKE TO HIM @1PM 27.09.23 ID REALLY BE HAPPY IF HE GOT RECOGNISED FOR HES GREAT SERVICE.
I was due for an upgrade at the end of August, on the 18 July i call ed to cancel the contracts I spoke to Chaney who said that she would downgrade both my contracts. before she could seal the deal I dropped the call because i was put on hold for 15 minutes. 31.07.23 I called again to cancel and they told me that the contracts were renewed but the agent escalated the matter for me. on the 8th August i called again to follow up but nothing was done. on the 10.08.23 i called nothing was done but it was escalated once again and that i would have to wait 10-14 days. Ive never experienced such pathetic service.. I paid my installment upfront on the10th August and to date my profile hasn't been updated and shows that im in arrears. I want my contacts cancelled!!!!!! Not 1 reference number was given
On the 12 June 2023, I went to Checkers in Honeydew ( Blueberry Sqaure ) I purchased 3 containers of chicken soup. I asked the lady at the counter to wrap the soup and she said the lids are fine and wont mess. When i got to work i saw that the soup was bubbling and tasted sour... I returned the soup and half of the one container messed and i only got refunded for 1 soup as the other leaked. The store manager didnt even have the decency to come and apologize. Since drinking some of the soup im not feeling well and my stomach is sore. Im really disappointed
On the 16/01/21 I sent an email to vodcom customer care regarding a query I had, after 3 weeks i sill did not receive feedback. Today I sent a follow up mail and was contacted by one of the agents... I was retrenched last year and requested a deactivation of my debit order and since then ive been paying on the date I receive my statement. I receive my statement between the 3rd and the10th and immediately pay the statement amount, which means im paying before the payment is due ( current) every month I get my credit report and noticed that im being listed as a slow payer! The collections department explained that my account is up to date but im being listed for a "short payment" of R17... My statement and invoice amounts differ by a few rand. I was informed that because im choosing pay the lesser amount Im being listed. this makes no sense that the invoice and statement amounts are different? I pay the statement amount and not invoice amount and its now affecting my credit score and is affecting my chances of getting a job!!! This is not my fault. I would like for Vodacom to look into this and rectify because this is not my fault …. I PAY MY ACCOUNT ON TIME
In October after publishing a review on Hello Peter I was contacted by an employee who assisted me quite well. One of my concerns were sorted and im still left with one that has been approved but never paid. Even after receiving a notification that it would be paid my credit card still wasn't and is now in arrears. I made a manual payment . Below is communication from fnbCredit card The claim was assessed and approved, however due to system issues, payment is not reflecting on the credit card as yet, matter escalated to the IT team again as well as the payments team to determine why the payments are not effected as yet
In July I had a unit installed that would be linked to king price insurance, i then received sms's that the device was faulty both from cartrack and king price. In September i send a request for the unit ro be removed since nobody bothered to test or fix the unit meanwhile the debit orders were going off monthly. It's been 5 months and I've been paying for a faulty tracking device. Last week I stopped paying the device because I want the contract terminated as previously requested . An agent called from the fleet department asking what the problem was I explained the situation to her and she informed me that she will escalate the matter to the relevant department manager for them to cancel the contract. Now the collection department is harrasing me for payment. I also asked for a report showing vehicle movements but still haven't received. I cannot be paying for something I'm not using...
After publishing my review about poor service last week, I was contacted within the hour by Clinton who assisted with my complaint. Im now a once again a satisfied customer. Clinton offered me exceptional service
Since May I've been trying to get correspondence from FNB regarding a claim I logged for retrenchment . Since I'm no longer working I request to make payment arrangements for my credit card as well as personal loan. I was retrenched in June and contacted the call center only to be told to email which I did. I sent the mail in June numerous times and haven't heard anything back from them. My claim still shows pending almost 3 months after it was logged. Today R3000 was deposited into my account and my loan debit order went off for R2413 and I'm left with nothing. Not a single email or phone call from FNB since June!
In the 2th Jan I went shopping at food lovers, I went to the butchery and stood in the queue to buy meat. Standing for quite a while and following the queue the gentleman by the name of Previous or so I was told asked me if I was in the queue to which I replied yes. He proceeded to serve other customers that were at the back of the line and totally ignored me. I asked him if he was ever going to attend to me and still ignored me. Eventually another employee came from the back and assisted me... I'm utterly disappointed with the service I received
