I sent a proof of payment a week ago settling my personal loan account. even today that has not been done.
Friday I have spent 30 minutes on Nedbank call center, being sent from pillar to post without any help. Again on Saturday (today), I spent 10 minutes without help.
I paid up my loan which showed 0 balance so I called in to let them know its settled. The agent told me the account is not fully paid but I paid as per the settlement letter. That was yesterday. Today it shows I owe about R300.
The sales department is slow in responding. I was very surprised that on this day they still want me to print tons of documents and physical sign them as they are not accepting electronic signatures. I was supposed to have collected my car on the 23rd and I have not received it due to investec sending me up and down.
Telkom mobile changes your contract without you signing. They do this so that they can bill you more.
SAA is due to refund me, they have not done that. Their communication said the refund will be processed after 21 Days, and the 21 days have passed without them processing my refund.
They have been deducting from my bank account. And they tell me they don't have my contract
Discovery has not refunded my money after the premium was revised.
I placed an order on 28th September 2017 to be delivered on 29 September 2017. On 02 October 2017 the order is not yet delivered, no one is coming back to me as they promised that they're are investigating the matter. Never use them again.
I mistakenly deposited funds on their account and when my bank tried to recover it, it was unsuccessful because they didn't authorise their bank to release the funds. I emailed their refund department, no response even today.
