OLD MUTUAL doesnt want to process payout
I have a tax free savings account with old mutual trying to withdraw the process has taken over 14 days already. They sent me documents to fill in for the withdrawal. I filled in the documents and sent them back the same day. i received a reference number after waiting for a few days i contacted old mutual and they still saying they never received the documents. I now see why people are complaining about OLD mutual giving problems when they are supposed to pay out claim.Poor poor service.

Best Panel beaters
Had my Hyundai H1 repairs done. Car was stripped internally. Communication was well delivered. I collected my car today and i have to say it looks brand new. Happy with the service. The team was friendly and professional. Thanks Jaco and Team

dont buy from this website unless you want to loose your money. I bought items from them. They got seized by customs. I never received the item and they dont want to refund me. But the items were insured. Dont gamble your moneym rather buy from Shein atleast they refund you if you didnt receive your parcel.

Cell C contract waste of time and energy
I app**** for contract and was advised that it has been approved i should expect delivery of my cellphone in a few days. After a week of waiting i contact Cell C to get status of my application. I am advised that my contract was cancelled due to fact that the colour i chose was unavailable. I try to find out why i wasn't called to advise me on the availability of colour I am told its my responsibility to do a follow up. Strange enough during the application stage when there was any extra information needed i was contacted, now because i have completed that process its my responsibility to do a follow up. Ag ill take my business somewhere else.

Game Mall@carnival has racial classification.
I have to say I was sickened by the treatment we received at game store at carnival mall. I bought 2 generators, cash mind you. We were stopped by security guard as he wanted to inspect what was inside the box. However all the people who went out prior us who were white were not searched but obviously since we are black and were wearing shorts we seemed like suspects. I asked the security guard why other people were not searched and he's reason was that it's due to the price of the items however people who bought the same items who were white were not searched. I'm disappointed at game really, so I would spend R10 000 of my hard earned money and sneak something in the box . I mean there's not even a space in that ****** box.

Finchoice is quick to put you on credit bureau but slow to update good standing
My account was in arrears, I then paid the outstanding amount however my account is still showing in arrears. Tried calling them of which I was on hold until phone cut, I sent emails 5 days later still no response no update nothing.

No assistance
Made EFT payments they were allocated to wrong accounts. I contacted them to place the money on correct account a query was logged they gave me reference. Later got an SMS that the issue has been resolved but issue is still there. Sent an email to their collection department it's been a week no response.

Homechoice is selfish
I bought a set of 10 piece Blanche comforter set that was supposed to come with a free mink blanket. The delivery came and the blanket was not included k contacted home choice and then they requested an affidavit, now I have to use my car and go stand in queue to satisfy their request for an order they messed up. I have to put in a leave day from a day I worked for just so that they can fix their mess while I loose the day I was planning to share with my family, I'm done buying from these inconsiderate company.

Rain ISP is a waste of time.
Rain is really the worst, I wrote a review a month back and they commented that they will be contacting me. GUESS What its just like they advertise their internet connection it's all just lie. Haven't had internet for the past 2 days but month end they will want full amount. Good people before you consider rain please compare with other ISPs because with rain you'll have internet connection 60% of the time during the month.

Reliable store isn't so Reliable
I bought a gear knob for Ford focus, I was advised I will receive it on the 9th of November I still havent received the Item, when I track the Item the last update says it was delivered to client in the 6th . I have sent them an email i keep getting reference number but still my issue hasn't been resolved. I regret even buying from the store
