Customised Group / Customised Furniture Scam Customised Group is a company that advertises on Facebook Market Place. They use ZOHO invoices to seem legit but are not. Paid my deposit thinking that Tarryn Govender & Shane Govender were honest hardworking people like the rest of us. Was sent an invoice. Contacted them 15 days later to be told there was a delay in manufacturing. Have never received the furniture that was paid for and ordered. I have open a case with the South African Police department and have also referred the matter to the South African Financial Intelligence Centre for deeper investigation into the account holder of the bank account and related accounts. SAME DAY COLLECTION - MIDRAND STORE is a LIE! They mislead customers! I specifically ordered an item on the 3rd before 10am and then went to collect but was they are waiting for the driver. I then waited an hour only to be told it is still not ready for collection at 3:30PM on the 3rd even though your website says in Stock and available for collection misleading customers.
Useless. Submitted all documents even paid waited over a month fro a simple efiling & then get reminders from SARS to submit supporting documents! It's really simple if you having issues with a TAX Practitioners you lodge a complaint with SARS at ReportingUnprofessionalConduct@sars.gov.za complete the RTP001 form & pop it though to them. There is accountability that this organisation does not have.
Been with Home-Connect for months. Love the fact that they keep the customer updated on any outages. Fiber is service is always good. When a ticket is logged the generally call you the next day to confirm everything is working after already checking. With the WACS break. Nice mail explaining the issue & the fact that they moved to a backup link & I'm still getting good speeds.
Order a pair of shoes with express delivery. Followed up "the order was captured as an economy delivery" clearly someone isn't doing their job; I'm still waiting for a refund. Further to which your site gives a review section this is so misleading as I have filled in multiple reviews which have not been published. So unethical what are you hiding by not publishing reviews on your site?
Misleads consumers. Collects consumers money, keeps their money for weeks/months, earn's interest then says supplier does not have stock or is getting stock in a month or two or three. After month three then says the item/s are on backorder we can refund you without interest.. So unethical.
Good customer service. I think one needs to remember that the "official" South African unemployment rate is 26%.... Well done guys keep improving and ups****ing!
Absolutely useless isp provider. Brand new customer. 1. Incorrect prices advertised 2. No support after hours 3. Don't care attitude 4. Lies If you considering them do your homework I wish I did; they not worth the wasted time and money.
After numerous calls to the Nedbank Call center to assist me with resetting an OTP, the call center agents simply said "I'm sorry there's nothing more we can do". This is quite frankly unacceptable. After confirming the funds are there & are attached to my cell number & that no withdrawals have been made, every time I try to with draw at an ATM I get an "Authentication 05" error. Apparently after 7 working days the money is returned to the sender!? On who's authority? You are facilitating fraud Nedbank! I will be lodging a formal complaint with Ombudsman For Banking Services & the Financial Services Board. If it is your service it is your responsibility!
Vitality & the Vitality Open outright theft. After subscribing to Vitality in September and October and earning points for active rewards as a Vitality member and subsequently cancelling I have "forfeited" all benefits even though I basically paid for them during the subscription period. Example: earned 325 points redeemed a R100 Woolworths voucher post cancellation to redeem the same R100 Woolworths voucher requires 250 points? Blatant robbery. These points were accumulated before cancellation. As far as I'm concerned points accumulated or benefits accrued during the time I PAID for membership are still due to me irrespective of date of collection/redemption (understandably within a reasonable period). Imagine ordering something paying for it & then a day or two later you want to collect & the price has gone up? Complaint will be logged with ASA & DTI for further investigation.
