Bad customer service and trying all means to delay major claims, they assosors trying by all means to pinpoint the fault on the customers to avoid paying. My claim has taken long than stipulated time, all because of delay tactics
Mtn store in Pietermaritzburg Woodburn mall, one of their staff committed fraud by using my ID copy to upgrade my contract without my knowledge, than they want me to pay for something I have never received nor had ever agreed to.
Crooks. They lie to customers, they don't give back refunds to customers. They lie saying they have deposited the money into a customer's account but they don't. They very arrogant
Poor customer service, I'm the one filling them about my car claim. So I'm gonna be without a car over the festive season because of your poor services. The panel beaters are closing soon for Xmas holidays.
Bad customer service. All they do is fool you around putting you on hold and they never call you back! I'm gonna look for a better insurance provider
I've never seen so much flies in a restaurant, especially in the morning hours. The place is boozing with fly activity couldn't even enjoy my breakfast.
Vodacom SA should stop doing fake Promotions. They say "there's a double data promo" I've recharged twice using they Vodacom app, I didn't get any double data for the amounts I've recharged with. What you doing is against consumer protection Act. You can't have a false promotion just to boost your sales!!!!! We need a better network provider in SA not Scams
