Horrible experience. Hiring couriers that are useless. Ordered on Friday but only 1 item was delivered, I ordered the necessities I needed, now only 1 item delivered. The Courier guys are useless, Wumdrop was way better than this substandard. Whatsapps and emails go answered as if I didnt pay pay . I want all my good delivered tomorrow.
I have registered with Mancosa and I sent an email on the 24th asking how much is my settlement. No one got back to me so I decided to pay the whole amount as per payment plan 3. However I should get a discount. I sent numerous emails regarding my refund but no one is getting back to me or giving me feedback if my request for refund has been received. The service is pathetic for a private institution
My cellphone contract with cell c was handed over for collections with some debt collecting company. I paid the settlement amount but the debt collector said it is cell c tha has to remove my name from itc. I tried contacting cell c with no success. Sent them my paid up letter. 6 months and still no update. I stopped paying them cause their sim card lasts for 2 months. What kind of sim card gets damaged whilst inside a phone. Used MTN for years but no sim card of mine ever crashed. They make money from is by selling useless sim cards and you are liable for sim swaps.
Cell c account was handed over for collections. I paid nimble a settlement amount. Even after 3 months my cell c account still appears in arrears on my credit profile. Sent endless emails no help. Can they kindly refund me and I will pay cell c directly. Never use these agents for collections. Incompetent!
Yesterday (25 feb 2020) i called fnb and spoke to tinny rampeng regarding a reversal of a debit order. I was told to call back today to reverse but Jonathan said no debit orders reverses are done telephonically. Why was i mislead in the first place! How will i reverse a debit order above a 1000 on the the app, thats not possible.
Honey is selling poor workmanship earrings. I escalated my issue with my salesperson and i was referred to Nadine Swart who avoided my emails. Bad service yet they sell expensive poor quality jewellery.
On the 2nd of nov i visited foschini eastgate. I purchased a few items for a tombstone unveiling held in rustenburg . In the morning I realised the earrings i bought are not there, upon checking my receipt i saw the item i bought was scanned twice ( earrings were not billed). I called in the morning from rustenburg to complain and i was told to come instore. I demanded my petrol money, firstly my trip was cut short due to incompetence. The manager told me point blank that im not gonna get any petrol refund. Soi must suffer from someone's incompetence Tfg is bad shame! First it was exact stores now foschini!!!!!!!! Train your staff
This morning 03/09/2018 I got a bad experience/attitude from one of the employees at shell samrand garage. He took time to fill up and when I eventually asked if he closed my fuel cap he said " Do u think I will leave it open" I asked him politely but he decided to chop my head off. This is not the first time I'm experiencing such from them. Try to pour petrol on weekends ad early as half 5 u will wait for 10 min to be served. Fix your staff.
On the 18 of September 2017 I settled my dmc account. Today this morning I was debited again a 1000 on a fully settled account. I sent an email, apparently the funds have not reflected and now I must submit a bank statement. That money for food. I don't have time to sit for 30 days for refund. I will Never ever do business or accept any debts from dmc. Worst service ever!
