I took an account with Hifi corp for a fridge and washing machine, due to faulty reasons the fridge was taken back by the store due to it being faulty and they had no replacement for me. Then I asked them to restructure my account, they sent me a letter showing the new account structure, however, my credit score has not been amended accordingly and I have been receiving incorrect statements due to that I'm unable to make payment as I have no idea what is going on. Can you please assist in updating my credit score as this is affecting me badly and please send me proper monthly statements so I can settle the washing machine, I would appreciate it if this can take priority as it has been going on for about 6 months now. Please note I have attached the screenshot of my credit profile and the letter of the restructure that I signed and sent to you. The service I have received within the group is so bad I can't even believe it, it has lots of back and forths and frustrations. Even after sending emails for assistance there was nothing done i was ignored
Telkom is such a bad company with poor customer service, I took a landlines parkage with them and I have asked them to for specic number to be reinstated and the confirmed the number is available but till today there is nothing I have been calling them everyday and I'm being told someone will contact me withing 24hours it's over a month now going back and forth, I will not pay for this poor service until I get what I want and I will take the matter to ombudsman and further more. All they know is billing people for things that are not working or their poor service delivery

i applied for a fiber network from cell c in October, they have been telling me stories and i have been waiting for them they told me to pay on the month of October 899 and i have been waiting and now there feedback they are giving me is that they cant assist they can find the vumatel coverage how ever there is a coverage and they did not even attempt and send a technician and now i have to wait for my money to be reversed and no one has contacted me.
I went to debonairs kuilsriver today the 01 August 2019. I placed my order and I waited for it for almost 30 minutes as the manager and the cashier didn't care they kept on telling me to wait laterally they ended up giving me a pizza that was not well done tasting rotten and salty....I had to throw away the pizza as it was far for me to return it as I was going to stelenbosch . Bad service the manager was unfriendly I will never go there again
Telkom has been billing me on an business account that i dont have and they handed me over to the attorneys and i have paid them now they are sending me another invoice this is black tax and im not going to pay this amount, because now im told that its a debit order fees which were never explained to me when i opened the account with them, Bad service . i have logged a despute with them and i know they will make stories for me to pay them they are so good in making people look like bad payers and ruining peoples credit records
i had a cellphone contract with telkom which was cancelled beacouse they sold me a faulty phone after all the stress and trauma i went through with them they finaly cancelled it. now they are busy billing me for phone insurance something that was cancelled also in November and every now and then i have to be calling to cancelled this bill telkom has bad service all the time and they always look for ways of overcharging or billing people for things that dont exist for this i would never recommend telkom to any one
I bought an iphone 7 plus in telkom. Tygervalley in 17 july and it gave me a problem that i had to take it back the following day and they told me to do sim swap i did that 4 tymes in a period of 2 weeks before the phone literally stopped working on the 28 july i returned the phone and they refused they told me that the phone doesnt have warranty and i must claim from my insurance which i refused and they took ot for fixing and they said it was fine . i took it bck and same day it gave problem and they have been billing me for what i dont have and i refused to pay and they said they are taking me to credit burrow ...and in the process i have been logging calls in their call centre but they all rrfused to help me and i just dont know what to do and i still dont have a phone and im still recieving threatning sms and calls ....and when i went to the store the manager refused to help me and told me go he will make a follow up even today nothing has been done and telkom Tygervalley their service is poor and they have race issues....matter has not been escalated for almost 3 months now when ever i call they just keep on updating the case and it has not been resolved even now no communication
