The actual service took longer than anticipated. The motorite service plan approval was only obtained late in the afternoon as opposed to just after the vehicle inspection was done. I was told that the vehicle will be ready the next day at 10am and then again told that it would be ready at 12:00. I was collected by the shuttle servicer just before 1pm and was made to wait almost an hour before i could take the vehicle. I also requested that my service advisor have a look at my head light as it had changed colour to orange and not white as the other side. The service advisor could not detect the fault and did not provide any feedback as to the discolouration. I had also requested that the service advisor take a look at my PDC button as my front PDC only works if i first select reverse and then engage Drive, the button does not put the front PDC on. The service advisor could not advise on the issue and simply said that it is weird that this is happening. I took out a service plan so that i could continue to service my car at Audi so that i could have peace of mind that the car is kept in good condition all round. I expected Audi Rivonia to be able to advise on what the possible faults could be so i could have it repaired by them. This was definitely not the experience i expected from Audi Centre Rivonia

On the 7th of December 2022 I received a notification from Toyota Financial Services stating that I would be debited on 22 December 2022 instead of the last day of the month as agreed and in line with my salary. I called to clarify and make sure that I will only be debited on the last day of this month. I was told that the debit date will remain as the last day. I was still however debited on 22 Dec. I have called multiple times to arrange for an immediate refund. My query was not taken seriously I spoke to consultants named Brooklyn, Fortunate and Nonhlanla. I also spoke to the supervisor by the name of Richard - I clearly explained that I need the money back in my account as I will be travelling 23 Dec and need to fill petrol. Nothing has been resolved. Toyota Financial Services and their team are absolutely useless and not making the necessary efforts to rectify their error this is utter incompetence
Telekom has allowed a fraudulent account to be opened under my name without my authorization. My account has been debited for the past 4 months without any authorization to do so. I have reported the fraud case with telkom in December 2020 and the consultant failed to escalate the matter because the consultant went on leave and the case has simply lapsed according to telkom. I have no agreement whatsoever with telkom and I have to date been debited under R2000 for a service that I have not signed up for. The invoice I receive has a different residential address than where I reside. I have made out an affidavit for the case of fraud. Telkom has been silent for a very long time regarding the fraud case and a refund/reversal of my money. This is pathetic and unfair that I have to have my money taken from me monthly with no recourse or any effort from Telkom to resolve this issue. It is unacceptable that I have to wait for my money to be refunded.
I pre ordered fifa 20 for ps4.. Which all customers would know that we pre order the fifa title online so as to receive it on release date and not have to queue at stores or experience any delays... The release date for fifa 20 standard edition was 27 September 2019... I received the sms prompting me to head to the sportscene store in the secunda mall to where I selected the game to be dispatched.. To my surprise upon arrival I noticed that they simply dispatched the free gift that comes with the purchase of the game... I spoke to a consultant and a supervisor I'm assuming from the Tfg group.. They simply apologized for the delay insisting that the website states that the game only releases on the 27th of September and delivery will take 3-5 working days. This negates the purpose of a pre order purchase. I as a customer am very disappointed in The TFG group's systems and failure to provide an effective service to its customers. I will never recommend any person to engage in a pre order service from TFG group as they clearly do not understand the concept of a pre order! I have expressed my interest in being compensated for my fuel to travel to the store and for my time that was wasted, the supervisor (Aisha who had spoken to me informed me that she would take up the matter with her manager regarding compensation. I have canceled the order with Aisha. She ensured me that the cancelation will take place and I would be refunded.
I lodged a complaint earlier this week. I still haven't received any feedback other than the automated text from CNA. CNA Menlyn is the store which was supposed to have delivered my game. I feel I am being treated unfairly as a custom and the service from CNA is poor to say the least. I even suggested that I pick it up from the Secunda CNA branch where I live. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable
I pre-ordered fifa 18 for PS4 weeks before the release date using me Edgars account. Like every gamer expecting the game on the release date.... The intention and primary reason for requesting a pre-order is to avoid standing in ridiculously long queues, to get the game at a cheaper price and to have the convenience of having it delivered to your home. This was not the case. On release date 29 September 2017 just after 5pm I still hadn't received the game. I then emailed ********** lodging my complaint. I received a response stating that there has been a delay and that I would receive the game the Monday 2 October 2014. At around 7pm that evening a courier service delivery van brought me the incorrect product! Fifa 18 but for PC and not the PS4 platform. I then sent it back immediately with the courier. Reported this to CNA and have since not received any feedback whatsoever from CNA nor the courier service. I think this is extremely unacceptable. Vinolan Murugan
