MTN REMAINS THE WORST!!!!!! Most *****ulent service provider! I am sick of it!!!! I loaded airtime and purchased everyday 7 day bundle! And I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BUNDLE! Each time I call!!!!!! Even the employees are CLUELESS! They don’t know what to do or how to assist! Apart from the stupid answer “call in 2 hours!” Woeh I HATE! This network and have finally had enough and am porting 😤🤬🤯🤮🤢
The WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY Life! I was lured in with their phone call following up from their sms advertising, an eager and convincing BRENT GANASEN called me and did all the workings and confirmations; he was easily available for all these things! They even went so far as to push up installation of their unit scheduled for the coming week, right up! The technician who fitted the unit; Lennon or whatever it is, he wrote his name in a very messy way and all the other details on the form are clear, whatever the *****ulent of it all that is… the technician was a TOTAL MESS!!!! I don’t know if he is a frantic person naturally but he messed my vehicle up! I was first worried about what mess of a company is this at first when he said he would fit the unit OUTSIDE THE GARAGE! Never in the 5-6 years I’ve owned a vehicle and had the tracker fitted twice by the same previous tracking company: 1st time for my first installation and 2nd for an upgrade of the existing unit, did I see a TRACKING UNIT! Fitted out in the open, I expressed my concern about this and that was when he decided to fit inside the garage. He totally ruined my vehicles control panels (temperature controls) and my multimedia LED screen frantically jumps when I am playing it … and this happened after he’s messy job! I have on numerous occasions tried to contact Brent who said he is my contact if I need anything!!!! To help me with all these issues! However I have been ignored … he rep**** after I assured him I will take this up further and said someone will call, I’m still waiting for someone 2 weeks later. I wish I knew the BAD SERVICE of Cartrack earlier … I regret not staying with Tracker!

It has been 5 years since I bought my vehicle from Toyota Westville preowned division. From the beginning I had red flags after the purchase; there was a nick/crack in the front of the vehicle but I thought to dismiss the concern as my car was pre owned however considering that I bought the vehicle from a company as big as Toyota … one would expect that such small things would’ve been fixed by the dealer … mind you I didn’t know anything about cars, I was nervous at 28 buying this car and so I was trusting my dealer and the salesman. A few months go by and my battery gives in, the battery centre asks me about my vehicle I explain that the vehicle is new to my hands but preowned; they insist that even if … I shouldn’t be experiencing such a problem already, that was a back and forth with the management of the dealership to replace my battery … I got to the point where I told them “cause I can now see that you were getting rid of this car this means there are other things I am still going to discover about this vehicle… I’m going to bring this car there and leave it there and stop paying for it” I eventually got assistance. As the year went pass I was noticing the bonnet of my car the paint was burning or fading? I don’t know the right words to describe this. I didn’t pay it much mind thinking of I avoid parking in the sun it will be ok, I took the car for polishing and it came right. As time has gone the fading on the bonnet persists, it is after consultation that I have been trying to communicate with the person who sold me my vehicle that I’ve been consulting about this fading that is worsening, that even though my car is preowned but I didn’t purchase it at a s**** yard/ previous owner/ or pop up dealer, I bought from the dealer of the brand … this should not be happening how is it that they never ensured the paint work was still good; the paint work started going into the second year of having purchased the car. Every time I bring up issues I have with the skeleton of the vehicle I am ignored even by the salesman who sold me the car. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CONSIDER TOYOTA WESTVILLE 🤞🏽 they are working to move product and mask tape the defects just until the product is out of their hands. Aside from the constant‼️ Network issues of this service provider, MTN persists being the most frustrating and unreliable network. I went to pavilion, BEGINNING of December 2022!!! To query an issue I have been having with the network taking my airtime. What the consultant did has been a snowballing effect of problems personally and professionally. Mtn flushed my number and I have been unreachable ever since and now I am back at work, I use my mobile to work and instead this network continues to give me a run around to restore and fix my number.

To rate this TERRIBLE! Company 1 star is even beyond!!! Generous! And offensive! On the 25 of October 2020 I booked a flight with this horrible airline, already having reservations as from past word of mouth experiences, but because Kulula is unavailable I decided to and I had found a very cheap flight. The first attempt to book I hadn’t realized my bank account didn’t have enough funds to cover the flight cost so it returned with a ‘unsuccessful’ message So I checked and loaded funds then attempted a 2nd time the funds were deducted but no! Confirmation was sent. I have held on the lines for 5hours!!!!! Trying to deal with this turmoil that I am now faced with; no flight confirmation, money taken from my account without confirmation of purchase, and possibly going to be stuck in a city with the stress of having to get home! I have communicated with my bank and the funds were indeed deducted! I have emailed “refunds@flymango” / “guestcare@flymango” no one has replied or even answers the numbers given on their website. I decided to call OR Tambo and they transferred me to Mango, the lady who was suppose to assist me knows nothing about this businesses operation and was lethargic!!!! And unhelpful and quite frankly CONFUSED herself!!! I am still stuck! On the 6th airtime recharge now! Trying to get through! How does your systems take money from a client but no programming to give confirmation? Horrrrrible HORRIBLE! Experience! I can’t express my level of REGRET! For proceeding with this nightmare of an airline! Deeeeespite! Many!! Experiences that I have heard of from others. May others learn from mine and not be as hopeful as I was that I would have better luck. SIES

I bought a Toyota RAV4 on the 26 Of January 2019! AT Toyota Westville And before the the car even left the dealership I had already had red flags! Upon chating to the dealer there were details that he had told me about the vehicle that were now different when time to sign had come! Number 1. He had told me the management had agreed to give me the car at 5780 installment however when the contract was infront of me! The car was of an installment of 6300 some change; I was not going to contest that at this stage cause it was too late! The papers were printed my family was excited about my vehicle! I was here to pick up the car I had prayed about it however I felt deceived! Number 2. Before the first installment had even gone through the car BATTERY STARTS GIVING ME PROBLEMS! I now have to get into debts before month end! I now look like an idiot infront of my colleagues and family! What kind of a car is this that I have purchased that has a fault before the first installment has even gone through! Where I’m calling insurance and tracking company needing boosting! When I call the dealer I am promised to receive feedback re:getting assistance with a battery and more than FOUR HOURS pass and the dealer ignores my WhatsApp texts and doesn’t bother to help me again! NEVER USE TOYOTA WESTVILLE DEALERSHIP!
I am a Premier Banker Of First National Bank and have been awaiting the delivery of my credit card with them and have since had no assistance! The card was suppose to be delivered on the 02.08.2018 I have tried calling the Premier suite and the girl I spoke to was of no assistance to me, she had no solutions as to when and how to trace the delivery of my card, yet I have been charged the once off fee already for the card but the card has not been delivered and nobody is calling to update me on what the status is regarding the delivery. I stayed at work until 6pm! On the 02.08.2018 which is when I was told the card would be delivered by 5pm; despite the fact that I had asked them to deliver by 2pm as I leave work at 2:30pm. I was the last to leave work with no security to open a manual gate for me in an unsafe area where I could’ve been hijacked! I am appalled at the lack of customer care and professionalism from FNB and their lack of consideration of service delivery in hiring a company as pathetic as TakeALot.com to deliver my card; considering the amount of negative reviews that TakeALot.com has! I am extremely furious at this! And considering canceling even my banking with this bank
