For a very long time now I have been a very unhappy customer. Capitec doesn't know what service delivery is. Long queues to the ATM, Long queues inside the bank. You need to set a whole day aside if you have problems/issues with your banking. I don't know why you have call centre's because for anything you enquire about they refer you to the branch. I don't know why you have a website just for information purposes. I had a problem with my Banking App that has a feature called "Forgot Pin"but that **** doesn't work. Guess what? The call centre also can't help me, I can't get help online....I have to take a day off work to go and stand in a long queue at the branch again. I'm truly disgusted with your service!
I bought food from Chicken Licken Roodepoort today and was extreamly disappointed!! I wanted to say they should just stay at making us hot wings and chicken, but the chicken was so dry, rubbery and tasteless. They should be ashamed because it defeats the purpose of their name. Never ever will I buy from Chicken Licken Roodepoort....you should be ashamed for tarnishing the franchise reputation and good name!!!
2 Month's ago I bought a Salton 2 plate stove with oven from Game. The knobs stopped working and I than send an email to the store and they told me I can't exchange or get a refund, because it's store policy. But according to THEY OWN term and conditions and warranty service on the slip and on their website they said I can exchange it, providing it's in thw 3month's purchase period. Now I'm being told they need to send it to the manufacturers. Why didn't they do that before selling it to people? I have to for an undisclosed time for them to first check the stove. Where and how do I prepare food for my children? This isn't the first time I'm having problems with their faulty appliances. Earlier this year in February 2021 I bought a toaster. A month later the thing stop working and I took it back and because the price went up I couldn't exchange the toaster so they gave my money back but with a fight. Same thing happened 2years ago with a gas heater I bought at this store. I had it with Game. This was my last time buying anything from them!!!!!
I trusted these guys to fix my car...but to my disappointment my car had more problem then before they started working on my car. They so expensive just to rip you off. I waited 5 months for my engine to be rebuild... Just a scam if you ask me, a rip-off. Never ever again!!!
Since November 28th last year Tata just couldn't be bothered with getting all the parts for our car. We've been calling and fighting with Renewit Greenstone for the car. But they are just as useless as Tata SA. I'm so disappointed I really hope people start thinking twice before buying a Tata or rendering service from Renewit Greenstone. The service is pathetic, it's to easy for service providers to just say 'sorry but there is noting we can do' Ameer and Clive from Tata could atleast try and make as If they want to help us. Jacqui from Renewit should rather think of going into another industry because servicing isn't one of your strong points. People that doesn't have a problem to take your money but when it comes to deliver you can't get hold of them or the minute they hear you voice they drop the phone. Sies!!!!!
I'm sorry but Standard Bank is big company with money... can't they use some of the money on proper Customer Service and Systems Training for they stuff members. If the stuff knew how to work the system Standard Bank queue's wouldn't be so very long all day whole day. You want to tell me a consultant that is properly trained on systems would take 20 minutes on a debit order reversal? Oh my word and 40 minutes on inter account transfer? Don't get me going on service and stuff availability...sad real sad. What is great service to Standard Bank? What does going the extra mile mean? I've been to Tsakane, Carnival Mall, Brackenhurst and East Rand Mall and I must say never a pleasure going to either. I suggest start with training on what great customer service should be like and systems training please. For a bank like this...wow...bad is a under statement
4 weeks ago we purchased a used car from Renault Route 24 in Edenvale. We've paid the money over within 24hrs and after hearing that we would get car within 2 days from payment fully received we waited. 2 weeks after calling almost everyday twice we went to collect the car and only when we got there theye took the car for inspection. We waited 4 hrs to finally get the car. We were than told we were going to get the car's registration papers in the next 3 working days. Today it's 2 weeks again and not the sales person Micheal or manager Herbert communicate with us. Day before Yesterday 30 October 2017 I called and spoke to Michael not very helpful car salesman who told me that it's taking time to do it and that there is problems. Making and thinking we stupid and don't know what and how to register a car. Today I called and like the last 4 weeks once again struggling to get in contact with anyone. This is the most terrible and disgusting service ever!! If Renault Route 24 in Edenvale can't get salesman that only care about the sale and provide customer service from beginning to end than they shouldn't cell cars?

This lovely, friendly, helpful lady help me today to get a towing truck service out to my house to take my car to the workshop. A added benefit not included in my policy but the way she handled this query it's like it was under her job description. She did this and helped me because service is important to her.
