This is the worst college ever , My daughter is studying through intec and we made full payment for the course as required . She made arrangements with the college to write the exams the next year and it was permitted . Now they are saying she needs to pay for an exam that she did not write exams for . She has been taken from pillar to post regarding this issue for months . She is told an agent will call her back but nothing is happening .
It's been struggling with connectivity since the beginning of this month . I have logged numerous tickets ,was even advised to move the router around and stuff but to date there's no resolution. When I call ,I get told that technicians are working on it but there's no turnaround time . The sad part is there's no feedback from them one has to followup . We are loosing income as we cannot work and if we want to work ,we have to buy data ( this is extra expenses on our side ).
I am being robbed in broad day light by DSTV . My May invoice was in a minus 3 rands and I paid R200 as i did not understand what is happening. Yesterday i received a message that I need to pay 452 or my account is closed. I chatted with one of your agents who spun me a story of pro-rata fee and also told me i have subsribed for Disney plus ( which i was sent an email to do the free trial by Dstv ) . When I asked her about being billed for a free trial , she advised that it was a system glitch and she will get IT to sort it out . She furthemore advised me to pay 348 as I need not pay for Disney . I paid 350 into the account and now this morning my bill has increased to R704. What games are you guys playing ? I am so appalled by the service that Multichoice is continuously giving us and there is not even an ounce of remorse for the stress that they are putting us through . I need someone who still has a bit of customer service to please get this resolved as it seems like no one there knows what they are doing . Your incompetence is affecting our pockets and in this economy every cent counts .
I would like to recommend Helga Leendert's to anyone who needs assistance with a home loan . She made the process comfortable and less daunting. She is very patient and even goes the extra mile by taking her family time to assist. I would even send her an email at night and she would respond.
I am still waiting for TFG to update my account as I made a payment of 1500 and it did not reflect on their system . I followed it up with a call and was advised that I need to send a proof of payment . Today I check my account it shows an amount of 300 was paid and my card is blocked . I called customer service and was advised that the account does not looked blocked on their side and I should call on monday as the department I'm looking for will only open on monday .When I check on their website I do not see any department that works only monday to friday .
I am upset and now at my wits end with the level of service multichoice is giving me . I get different answers from cinsul8when I asked about my suddenly high subscription fee that I am supposed to.pay . I have been trying to fix this since Sunday. I was told it was a system glitch. Then I was told i was charged for August month. I was also told nonpayment which I find strange as I have been.paying the balance on the account on time. I need to know why they ran specials and then come back to claim the money from customers? This is bad customer service and I am even considering canceling my account .
I am very upset with the bad customer service that clientele legal has given me . I received a call a few minutes ago from a lady by the name of Gugu who advised me that she is calling me on behalf of someone else who was handling my case . Instead of giving me feedback that she was supposed to give me she is asking me about the summons I submitted 2 weeks ago . When I voice my dissatisfaction in regards to her question, she is asking me what was I expecting from the call . Can clientele please cancel my policy please because clearly I will never receive the level.of service that a client should get or that they are advertising
I placed an order in September and to date I have not received my order or refund as promised . I spoke to Ray 0743192238 and he promised to sort this out last month . He then requested the proof of payment . I send it to him via whatsap and he acknowledged receipt . To date I have not received a refund nor even a courtesy call to give me an update . I will never use their services again and will like to advise other people not to buy from them . They have bad customer service
I received excellent service from Thabang at Mall of Africa when I went to fetch my online orders. HE WAS so friendly and even went an extra mile of making sure I do not have any orders left behind and checking the new deliveries from the courier
Their online logins need to be constantly changed as it sometimes does not let u login . Some of the customer service staff are impatient and will refer u to their online department even though they can assist . The staff at mall of Africa are very friendly and efficient.
