Black Friday special for Friday 28 November 2025, buy 1 get 1 free not honored, I ordered 2 x 9 pieces and 4 large chips. Should receive 4 x 9 pieces but manager at Ruimsig KFC was unaware of the 1 day Black Friday special!! My order was canceled but it's the time and cost that is really annoying!!
I am extremely frustrated working with this company. Any request or query takes far too long to be addressed. I have requested numerous times for an amount to be paid into one of my accounts, but this has not been done, why not as this is my money and I need to settle my debt. Also, I have requested numerous times that three of my bank accounts be reworked and for new proposals to be submitted as requested by my bank but still no reply from My Debt Hero? There also seems to be a lack of professionalism as I often have to request that information to be amended and updated as the details shared is inaccurate and misleading. I definitely made a huge mistake when I signed up with My Debt Hero but unfortunately, I have to deal with this mess that I am in! Please take note and be aware when dealing with this company as it is stressful enough to be under debt review!
Since my wife's Discovery Card was moved to Discovery Bank, no one at the call centre was able to assist with getting her online banking profile setup and operational. Totally incompetent and useless resources! Now, she has paid up the balance owing and called the call centre to close her account and once again, no one at the call centre is able to assist with this request. Totally incompetent and useless resources!
Makro Strubens Valley bottle store - purchase one case of grolsch premium lager 500ml cans on special R199 on Sun 22 Nov 2020. It was the only case left. When I got home and unpacked I noticed the case was wet and smelly. One of the cans was damaged. I called the bottle store in the following week and spoke to a black man regarding the damaged can. Unfortunately for me I did not ask his name. I asked about the special price and he said it was until 31 Dec 2020. He requested that I bring the damaged can in and he would replace once they receive stock. He took down my name and contact details and said he would call me once stock arrived. I went to Makro Strubensvalley this afternoon at approx. 16H00 and went to the beer fridge and guess what, plenty of stock! No price was present where the beers were, so I packed 5 cases into the trolley and waited in the long queue until served only to find the price was R290. I called for the manager, Kutlwano and told him my long story. He said he "might" be able to assist with replacing the damaged can but he cannot assist with the special price. He later cam back with one can and I asked for his name so that I can record it on Hello Peter. Extremely disappointed with the false promise of the special price until 31 Dec 2020 and the fact that I was not notified as promised by Makro Strubens Valley bottle store.
Raised a star fault 20/09/07/2895 for a leaning telephone pole on 7 Sep 2020. A technician did come and check and advised that he would request the pole be removed. I followed up numerous times with the call centre. The star fault "mysteriously disappeared" from the fault system. So today, 27 Nov 2020, I had to start from scratch and raised a new star fault 20/11/27/9177 ... let's see how many months it takes this time round. In the mean time the pole has collapsed onto my boundary wall on the pavement and cables have been cut. Extremely pathetic service from Telkom! I'm so grateful that I cancelled my Telkom service a long time ago!
Walka device is obsolete! Although communication was shared, no compensation was provided to existing customers with the Drifta and Walka devices. I received both a Drifta and later a Walka (after my Drifta was stolen) as a gift at Christmas time. Surely Multichoice should assist by providing a credit for devices purchased which have subsequently become obsolete. Come on Multichoice, do the right thing for once!
Al Awning installed my patio awning some years ago. The awning was damaged in a severe hail storm on 12 Nov 2017. My insurer requires 2 quotes for repair or replacement. I have placed details on web site and also phoned head office and Pretoria branch but no reply. What more must I do? Most frustrating and customer service is lacking!
<p>I placed an order and paid in full on 21 April 2017 and am still awaiting delivery. Sent emails and phoned the store manager but not available, left messages for call back but no reply from the store. Simply unacceptable customer service!</p>
