Absolutely Terrible Experience at Kioma Guest House I had a booking from Friday, 7th November to Sunday, 9th November. On the 7th, I was still in Johannesburg, so I asked a friend to check in and collect my room keys on my behalf, which he did. He confirmed that he was given the keys to Room 7. When I arrived in Mokopane on the morning of the 8th around 9 AM, I went to Kioma Guest House with the keys in hand, only to be told I couldn’t access my room because they had rented it out to someone else since I hadn’t slept there the previous night. I was informed that the people who occupied “my” room were still checking out and that housekeeping still needed to clean it before I could enter. I requested a refund for the night of the 7th, given that my room had been rented to someone else, but the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to refund me and sarcastically asked, “What are you going to do about it, burn down the guest house?” and even laughed about it. She made it clear that she didn’t care if I wrote a bad review, insisting I wouldn’t get my money back regardless. I was completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect. I had to leave and come back later that afternoon just to access the room I had already paid for. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend Kioma Guest House to anyone. They have no regard for their guests or basic business ethics. Stay away!
I'm writing this review to warn others about my horrific experience with Motorflux, previously known as MTV AutoGroup. What started as routine maintenance in 2023 turned into a nightmare that cost me thousands and nearly destroyed my vehicle. The Downward Spiral Initially, I was satisfied with their work from 2023. However, everything went wrong when my vehicle started smoking from the exhaust in September 2024. Since they had previously worked on my turbo, engine timing, cylinder head, and replaced crankshafts, I naturally returned to them for repairs. That's when I discovered their incompetence: the crankshafts they had installed had ridges, and there were issues with the cylinder head they had "repaired" in May 2024. These were parts THEY had replaced! Unprofessional Management and Internal Chaos During my ordeal, I learned that the directors (Leeto, Mofihli, and Veli) were splitting up the business. The staff revealed shocking details about director Leeto's unprofessional conduct: * Failing to pay employees (causing resignations) * *****ING AND SELLING MY CAR BATTERY to another customer * Wasting business funds on personal trips to Cape Town instead of fixing customer vehicles * Failing to pay rent (resulting in eviction from their premises) The Outsourcing Disaster In February 2025, Leeto sent my vehicle to Leps AutoWorx without proper communication. My car sat there for months because Motorflux couldn't even pay the required deposit. Eventually, Leps AutoWorx told them to collect the vehicle since they failed to pay. The Botched "Repair" Job When I finally got my car back on September 19th, 2025, after paying R11,500, I was horrified by the condition: Major Mechanical Issues: * Check engine light permanently on * Fan runs constantly (even on cold starts) * Engine timing completely off * Massive oil leak making the car undriveable * Engine misfiring on cylinder one * Multiple new dashboard error messages Theft and Damage: * Stole my original battery (replaced with inferior one) * Stole my gearbox oil level dipstick * Stole both front fender liners * Various scratches and damage to vehicle body Impossible to Reach, No Accountability After discovering these issues, I tried contacting them but: * Phone goes straight to voicemail * Promised to deliver replacement fender liners - never happened * Refused to provide invoice for work performed * Complete avoidance of responsibility Financial Impact I've had to hire a new mechanic to diagnose and repair all the damage they caused. The diagnostic revealed numerous errors that weren't present before their "service." I'm essentially paying twice - once for their botched work and again for proper repairs. RMI Approval Concerns I'm baffled how they maintain RMI approval while allegedly making false claims to InnovationGroup Policies and failing to deliver promised services. Final Warning DO NOT USE MOTORFLUX/MTV AUTOGROUP. You will: * Pay premium prices for substandard work * Have your vehicle damaged or parts ****** * Deal with unprofessional, ********* management * Spend more money fixing their mistakes than your original problem cost * Have zero recourse when things go wrong Save yourself the heartache and financial loss - find a reputable workshop elsewhere. This business operates with no integrity, professionalism, or competence. Update: They are now located in Krugersdorp after being evicted from their previous location for non-payment of rent.
I placed an online order which was 2 toilets on the 5th of November, they came to deliver on the 7th of November but there was only 1 toilet so I refused to take the delivery cause I ordered 2 toilets. they left with the toilet and someone decided to take it upon themselves and refund me for 1 other toilet. the client which is myself didn't request a refund but they decided to anyway, then they said they would return another day with both toilets as I requested. However, when I spoke to someone today 13th November they stated they unfortunately refunded me for 1 toilet so I need to wait until it reflects in my account before they dispatch my other toilet. I don't want 1 toilet I want 2 toilets as I ordered, it's been so many days now and I have nothing yet. I was told to wait until maybe Friday or Monday the 18th for the funds to reflect then I guess I would need to pay again just to receive my 2nd toilet. it's been such a hassle and an inconvenience I wish I went to the store myself and bought the toilets in-store cause their online shopping process is a huge disappointment. I'm delayed with my renovations due to them I'm so upset.

Cash Crusaders @Carnival Mall has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, imagine staying 70kms away and you call them at 10am and at 2pm to confirm the product is still available before you travel that distance. They stated the MacBook Pro was still available for me and upon arrival I had the chance to inspect the product as I was about to purchase the product that’s in my hand but then another customer walks in and states he was the first customer and demanded it. The manager literally refused for me to continue my transaction and gave it to the other customer after travelling so far. I am highly disappointed with this kind of service. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere before something like this ever happens to you! I also asked for a refund on petrol and he said this kind of thing happens there all the time so they don’t refund or support you for your loss in travels and inconvenience.
I’m highly disappointed with Tiger Wheel and Tyres. In Jan 2024 my rim had a crack and they normally fix rims onsite at the Strubens Valley branch however Maurice Baloyi told me that this rim would need to be sent to their workshop for refurbishment so the crack on the rim would be repaired. They borrowed me a loan rim until the repairs were done and I paid Maurice and I thought everything was fine. I later discovered in March that the rim wasn’t repaired properly and it had a wobble to it so I went back to the Strubens Valley branch to see if the guys could fix the wobble on-site, they tried to do so but they informed me that the rim still has a crack (they showed me on their x-ray machine in the back) they noticed the crack was repaired with Polyfilla so they could not work on fixing the wobble until this crack is fixed with aluminum. They recalled that I came in Jan to get this crack sorted at this store so I refused to pay again for this crack because it was sent for refurbishment with Maurice, I found out that Maurice did not send my rim to the credited place where Tiger Wheel and Tyres normally send their clients rims to “Wheel Collision” and would meet the SABS standards. We tried solving the problem so they sent my rim back to Maurice who now has shifted to the Cradlestone Branch and still my rim isn’t repaired. Since Tiger Wheel and Tyres do not use Polyfilla why did my rim come back from refurb with Polyfilla I would’ve expected them to fix the rim with aluminum so that this issue doesn’t occur again. Maurice Baloyi refused to issue me a guarantee for the work that was done 2 months back and refused to refund me. Now I have to pay for a Refurb again on the same rim I sent in which doesn’t make sense to me at all. I also didn’t want to mention this but while Maurice was at the Strubens Valley Branch in January he came to me on the side and said my other 2 rims need to be straightened so if I pay R1200 for the rim that is cracked to Tiger Wheel and Tyres and if I give him R800 cash then he would get my other 2 rims straightened for me even though its suppose to be R1200 for each rim, I thought WOW what a saving since we did it on the side without Tiger Wheel and Tyres knowing but he used their resources to straighten the other 2 rims and it’s about time the organization is aware of his shady actions cause this is probably the reason why he took my rim to shady people to get it fixed with Polyfilla even though it was through Tiger Wheels and Tyres, he is dragging such a reputable company brand through the mud just for some easy scores on his side I would like my refund cause the previous work that was done on my rim is little to no quality. I have to pay again for them to send my rim to Wheel Collision where it should’ve been sent to in the first place and not some ***** rim repair shop that Maurice Baloyi decided to send it to. I hope no one else has to experience what I am going through to get a rim refurbished with Tiger Wheel and Tyres.
My Mercedes Benz vehicle has been there for months and I thought they would've done a great job on my engine but little did I know that they were damaging my car to be in a worse state, for a company that is RMI-approved I would never recommend anyone to take their personal vehicle there for repairs. When I received the vehicle I was told that the performance was great however when I collected my vehicle and took it to Mercedes cause now I got the car back with an Engine Light on, Oil Leaks, Engine cooling fan constantly on even when opening the door and ofcause the performance was terrible. Mercedes inspected the car and I was shocked by their findings, Timing is completely off hence it never had power, the timing chain guides were grinded and altered to fit my car cause it wasn't a Mercedes chain guide, and the threads on the engine mount were *****ed in with a wire so the bolt could ***** in and many more unprofessional works man issues were found costing me an additional R32K to fix now. I honestly regret ever doing business with them cause as a client I was even sworn at for asking for updates on my vehicle and weekly I had to always request feedback. with all the money gone and wasted, I hope this never has to happen to anyone else in the future.
I purchased a Gazebo online in November which was supposed to be delivered to me latest 2nd December 2023 it’s now the 12th of December 2023 and I’ve called twice about this order that’s from Leroy Merlin Marketplace (order number 000408401-A). I’m even starting to doubt I will receive my order. Their online platform is starting to put a lot of doubt in people due to such incidents, I never thought I’d get this experience from such a reputable company.
The facility is neat, clean, spacious and very welcoming. The receptions are very friendly and their services are exceptional they all care about their clients and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and put you at ease before your procedure. I would highly recommend this place. Also, they are very reasonable with their prices.
Do not ever use them. I was suppose to receive my bank cards the previous week and now it’s been over a week then they call to schedule delivery but they never came, when I called them they say they tried calling me but my phone was on voicemail. Which is not true I even went to check security footage at my complex and there was no delivery person around that time that they said I was on voicemail. I’m even thinking of going to CCD myself to get my package because you will never receive your package with these guys. Trust me when I say you will regret using this company and I’m highly disappointed with Standard bank for contracting with this kind of courier company, from all these Hello Peter reviews it’s pretty evident they do the same thing over n over to every single client
