I logged a claim with BetterSure home insurance on the 17th of June and to date my issue has not been resolved instead. After waiting this long and since decided to tackle some of the work myself they decided to settle the bare minimum even so they have logged a second claim on my behalf which I know nothing of. I have emailed Sylvia Motebang who is the lady that is handling my claim without receiving a response. I want to know who logged the second claim because I certainly didn't. Why is a since incident with a single case that's with SAPS suddenly becomes 2 claims? In my house we had 2 theft incidences with the 2nd one happening days after I had logged the claim, the second incident they broke into our car and stole a speaker and that has nothing to do with BetterSure. Their Assessor took the 2nd theft incident and in cooperated it to our claim which is wrong, what does car theft have to do with the claim I had already logged? Now I am required 2 access fees for a single incident, how? Secondly I would have expected them to send their contractor to do the work because what they are offering is just bare minimum even on that they still want to exploit me. I want the matter resolved, I will not let it rest even if takes me decades to get a fair judgement on it.
I never received my order only to be told 9 days later that they do not have stock. I had made follow-ups and was told my order will be delivered thin Monday the 23 September and I did not even receive an communication from them until I sent a WhatsApp only to be told "sorry we do not have stock". Ahmed Textiles do refund me my money back, you have absolutely no integrity and no respect for customers. My order number is 31260. Do yourself a favour and not purchase anything from them.
I ordered a sandal a week ago, instead I received a pair of man sneakers with a packing slip that has my details on and my shoe order. I contacted the online customer services and they generated a waybill and promised me that a courier will pick up the shoe and they will assist me get my order since their coastal stored mixed up mines with someone else's. To date I'm still waiting for their courier to pick up the wrong delivery, in fact I just want my money back there is just no accountability or professionalism in this store. My order no. is 324494, I just want my refund and never will I ever purchase anything from this store in my life.
I'm disgusted with Vodacom's level of incompetence, I do not have an active contract with them but they are ruining my credit record by updating false information. As it stands on my record it shows that I owe them R2 288 and I have an account that is on arrears. They can't play with people's lives like this, I have worked hard to keep a good credit profile only for these incompetent croocks to ruin it for me.
I requested an early cancelation qoute in October 2021 for acc no. I3996093-3 and I settled the qoute immediately. My reason among others was because I had no work but to my surprise they keep billing me and have even blocked my number this is even after the original contract period has expired. Vodacom is a scam.
I purchased a Gold Air PTC heater for R947, to my surprise I received a tiny heater that costs about R539 in other places. I went back to talealot website the very same heater was priced at R599 (original price) and reduced by 13% ( marked on sale). Why was I not charged R947 for a Heater that costs R599? My order no. is 86710784. This is criminal, they stole my money.
I took out a loan with Old Mutual, to try reduce the outstanding balance I paid an extra R1000, to my surprise I received a call and a quartely statement that says I am in arrears of R600, and 50 + cents. I tried contacting the call center to no avail, I kept holding for minutes without anyone assist me. I regret ever taking out a loan from these bunch of crooks, they are worse than the loan sharks.
I purchased a dress online, it is nearing 2 weeks now without receiving my order. When I emailed the shop to enquire and request a refund, I got contacted by one of their personnel who claimed the dress has been dispatched a week ago, she promised to follow up with their courier company and give me feed back, yet I have heard nothing from them. We want to support local designers, yet what we get is below mediocre. If it wasn't for the heavy import taxes I'd be purchasing from overseas only. I am truly disgusted to say the least.
I made an online booking on Saturday the 30th and paid electronically but I received an email stating that there was a technical error and funds will be returned to my account within 72 hrs max. I have since not received my money back and attempts to contact the hotel went cold as I was sent from pillar to post.
Hello Peter I reported an unknown transaction that was debit from my account to ticketpro of R790 on Sept 28th to Nedbank credit card division. I was emailed a dispute form which I completed and emailed back but I have received no feedback or whatsoever. To my suprise my Nov-Dec monthly statement reflects charges of up to R730.35 which are accounted to "insufficient charge fee" on transaction that I supposedly made on daily basis. I did not utilise this card to make any transactions and have no idea where the charges come from. On attempt to contact them, I held on for ages and when I finally got through I was cut off, they did not even try to contact me. I feel robbed by the bank and completely helpless.
