TWF : Not honoring client requests
this company contracted to a government organisation and at every official trip ito of accommodation, after appealing and placing it on record the dietary requirements, nothing has come of it. A specific dietary group has to choose from a menu that does not cater for halaal, even though it's specified long before the trip and is a standing portfolio. we've had to purchase our own meals via an app. the excuse made is that halaal requests are at an extra cost when we do notify them of the challenge experienced at the hotels THEY have booked. It is unfortunate that TWF have been awarded the contract for yet another year at the government department and their service is terrible.

A&R Driving School Kensington Cape Town
Azhar Benjamin from A&R driving school s a ****MER !! He takes people's money and DOES NOT DELIVER on paid services. A full amount for 10 lessons was paid before lessons including payment for the use of the car, he only did half the lessons and kept making excuses for not doing the rest, kept on making excuses as to why he wasn't able to do the lessons but yet continued to post pics on FB of people he did lessons for when he supposedly wasn't able to! When asked for a refund he made yet more excuses and did not pay the refund for the remaining lessons even though he agreed to pay it... To date still no refund has been received and again kept on making excuses as to why he did not pay back the refund. He is dishonest and will take your money and not deliver for the service... so if you want to be ****med out of your money and not receive the service then A&R will gladly accept your money! A BIG NO!!!! ... I Will NOT recommend Azhar driving school.... Queries supervisor Marchy
<div>Just spoke to a lady by the name of Marchy/Marchay. She refuses to give her surname and when I asked her what the call ref number is, she said i can use today's date!! This is after I told her that she is very rude , has no phone etiquette and very stroppy and impolite. She says she is the head of all queries! Fine example of a Head and well done to YMA to put someone so rude to represent YMA consulting!</div>

FNB Homeloan Department Cape Town
For 19 years I have had a split payment for the payment of my home loan, I decided to change the salary stop order to a debit order and was requested to complete a debit order authorisation form for the deduction of my instalment. My debit order athorisation was completed for the amount I have been paying for 19 years and the balance is as per usual, paid via cash deposit. For 2 months FNB deducted the full amount due without me consenting to it. What is the reason for completing a debit order authorisation when FNB disregards it and deducts whatever amount they want to. It's illegal!!!!! to deduct amounts without the account holder authorising it!!! what is the purpose of their "Debit Order Authorisation" form if its disregarded???? My other debit orders on my account now goes into arrears because of insufficient funds in the account...snowballing into bad reflection on my credit, gathering penalties for non and late payment and what does FNB say after numerous calls requesting an override to accommodate a new deduction date...... we're sorry we are unable to. So not only do they use their own right to deduct whatever amount they want to from your account, they also cannot change the deduction date in order to ensure sufficient funds are in the account to cover all debit orders!!!!! 19 years of being with FNB homeloans ...19 years and for what??? Day 4 of escalation and zero can be done

DO NOT LOGIN...DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STUDY THERE,DO NOT CONTACT OR ANYTHING RELATING TO THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A SCAM, THE ADDRESS DOES'NT EXIST, THE NUMBER BELONGS TO A WINE FARM, THEY WILL DEDUCT FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION WARNING!!!!!!!!!!

Zone Fitness: unethical business standards
In my opinion, this business should not be allowed to operate. Zone fitness frauds people out of their refunds...they drag debit orders out and claim to not receive the 30 day cancellation emails. So you continue paying and if you stop the debit order they demand the money
