In October 2025 Vodacom put a INCORRECT note on my credit score that I had missed an instalment for the first time in 5+ years with them. I posted a review and I was contacted by Vodacom who acknowledged that the error was on their system and that my credit score would be rectified in 1 week. It's now 3 months later and Vodacom has not removed this as yet from my credit score !
Worst Experience Of My Life In October 2025 I visited woolworths skin division and purchased the Dermalogica Kit to try on my skin. My skin began getting sensitive with small ****les to which i was told was part of the process with the products. In November 2025 I was recommended more products because my skin kept on flaring. In January 2026 my skin became extremely red, I now have severe hives, my skin bleeds ,I have ****les in facial areas that I never had before, my ****les are huge and filled with white matter. It has been almost a month since I stopped the products but my skin is worse every day! I do not recommend this product! I returned the products and got a refund for my second purchase (skin care assistant understanding) BUT NOT EVEN A REFUND is worth the pain, sensitivity and scaring that this product has left. I am still going on and it gets worse every day! Horrible!
I just booked a flight now, I selected the correct dates but the website froze and it unknowingly booked both flights on the same day 22/09/2026. My departure date is 22/09/2026 and Return date is 27/09/2026 As soon as I got the email with the booking reference, I changed the date within 5 minutes I had to pay in a booking fee of over R1200, which is ridiculous! I had to make means to pay the penalty in hope that Flysafair can give a refund. Flysafair does not want to give a cash refund back, they are giving a voucher of half the R1200. Please advise on a cash refund application for this fee in change of booking for something done in less than 5 minutes over YOUR system glitch This is ridiculous! How can you not give cash refunds! I am really disappointed!
I have been a vodacom customer for over 5 years and my account has always been in goodstanding (No payment ever missed). Vodacom erroneously put a report on my credit score indicating that I missed my October payment that resulted in my credit score being negatively affected. I called the customer care 082 135 and they said I should call the accounts department 082 1946 but the accounts department does not even transfer you to a consultant, all it says is that the ChatBot Tobi will be in contact. ChatBot Tobi sends an SMS with limited options that doesn't even allow me to enquire nor request a call back. Vodacom calls me for an upgrade eligibility and when I question the credit rating score they advise it is not their department and to call customer care. I sent an email and still no response. How do you get Vodacom to actually respond!!!

I am a Avon representative. My order was lost in the beginning of August 2020, it took them one month to place another order. They have not credited my account for the lost order and its 3 months now. I cannot open accounts or do anything, my name is now ruined at only 22. Absolutely rubbish!
Good day Trust you are well I had applied for a refund on my UNISA account on 24.08.2019 as I had incorrectly applied for the wrong study course. I had paid all the fees and only noticed after everything was done. UNISA had indicated that a refund takes 30 normal days to be processed. Today is the 30th day and I haven't received any response. I sent out emails and tried calling but there is no response. Please can someone assist me.
Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about your poor service The issue that I have experienced was: I called the call centre and placed an order at 11:58 am, I had order 2 spicy rice & chicken strips (Packed seperately) for R 49 that totals to R 98. I received a text message saying that my order has been placed. When I checked my slip the call centre agent had order R 35 Spicy Strips and R 27 rice that now made a R 98. meal total up to R 128. I did not say anything paid as requested. I am very upset , all I got was poor service, what if I did not have any extra money on me?. Good day, Trust you are well I have had such horrible experiences with Cell C. I had a contract with them for 24 months and November was supposed to be my last month. According to the policy I had to call them and put through my cancellation a month before, I had called in October and spoke to a consultant to put through the cancellation. Last night when I called in to find out why my SIM card is not prepaid as yet , all I got from them was that I did not put through a cancellation as they have no note on the system. Is it my fault that they don't have a note on the system, must I keep a call record every time I call them?. I was told to call in the morning to speak to the supervisor, I called in now and the supervisor says to me that he needs to do an investigation. How much longer will they now take, they want me to pay an additional month just for their mistakes. I am very upset, why are some of Cell C Staff so inefficient, I must pay for their faults. I have always had problems with them and I would never want to take a contract with them again!!!
