PATHETIC SERVICE
Waited 3 months for a delivery. Asked for a refund and still waiting for the refund. Been another month and there is NO COMMUNICATION NOR UPDATES. If you don't follow up, you won't get any SERVICE.

I have waited 3 months and no delivery. I have to followup everyday and still NO SERVICE. NO RESPOSE after contacting customer service. Keeps you hold and then simply cancells call. They NEVER provide you feedback. HOW CAN WE ESCALATE THIS TO MANAGEMENT.

PATHETIC Service
I have sent Makro numerous mails and contacted them telephonically and just never get responses. I have purchased an item on 12 December 2024 and never received the item. I have since requested a refund and still haven't had any response till date. I would not not reccomend doing any online business with them, duen to PATHETIC service.

No Service
I have never experienced such unprofessional staff. You simply don't get any service from them and nobody is able to get through to the collection department. I'm begging to wonder if they exist. Please could you advise what the steps would be to get any service rendered? I have sent NUMEROUS mails and made numerous phone calls, but never have I received any response. Totally UNACCEPTABLE

Incomepient staff
I have requested the issue be raised to Management and still I'm bombarded with useless mails and I'm still unable to make food for 2 weeks, due to their incompetence. Pathetic Service
Pathetic service. Item advertised wasn't what was ordered and when questioned about the item, they provide you with their opinion on the item. After 25 mails this shouldn't be an option for the seller to convince the purchaser to keep the item, because they think it's a good item which was sent. You are then requested to return the item at your own cost and when requesting your refund, they don't refund you with the same amount the item was purchased at. This store is of the worst I've ever dealt with. "Lessons learnt."

PATHETIC. Change their quote for additional costs due "incorrect" address. Then you get threatened. These are chancers and you wait 5 days for delivery. These scammers are Totally Unacceptable. Stay Away...........
