Mediterranean pasta was very salty and I was disappointed with the Food, waiter did not find a solution to the food being bad.
EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WOOLWORTHS COFFEE SHOP MENUS, I NOTICED WOOLWORTHS CUT ALL THE BEST LINE FROM THEIR MENUE AT ALL THEIR WOOLWORTHS COFFEE SHOPS. I PERSONALLY FEEL THE WOOLWORTHS COFFEE SHOP MANAGEMENT NEED TO REEVALUATE AND YOU BRAINSTORMING PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNIQUES TO DISCUSS AND PUT TOGETHER AND MUCH BETTER FOOD MENUE FOR ALL THEIR WOOLWORTHS COFFEE SHOPS.

Received brilliant service from the branch HAYFIELDS IN PIETERMARITZBURG, my chicken necks & chicken livers was kept for me and I am a very happy customer.. I received great service from the assistant working in the deli counter who assisted me with my grilled rotisserie chicken and pies. Thank you
Been trying to get hold of the temporary loan dept via the call centre but unfortunately I was kept transfered to other agents. My account was handover to the temporary loan collections department and I was trying to speak to someone or get hold of someone to make payment arrangements from the collections dept of the temporary loans dept.

Bought items from spar retail online shopping, one grocery item was not available but I was charged for the item. Dissatisfied with the service. Issue was with spar mills in Pietermaritzburg.
Experienced the worst service from checkers woodburn Pietermaritzburg. I bought a Wahl haircut /barber kit not realising that it was cordless and it did not have a charger.Due to the power outages I could not continue only to realise that once I opened the product to use it. I contacted the checkers woodburn store in Pietermaritzburg and I was told via telephonic conversation that the management would make a plan to accommodate me and refund me R200. As per the telephonic conversation I was told to come to the store and everything will be sorted out only to get to the store and the entire management was very rude. I clearly explained that I opened the product and I was not happy with the product. First of all the management was dishonest and they wasted my time. I am a very unhappy customer and I want my refund of R200 back, matter will be escalated to the Consumer protection Act of South Africa. The regional manager of checkers Pietermaritzburg needs to step up and sort the bad management service out from checkers woodburn Pietermaritzburg.
