Canceled my wifi with rain, and was informed the final debit will go off last month however yet I have used rain I got debited again for this month, just refund my money already
I have ordered food from pizza hut at 18:36pm it is now 19:47pm and I have still not received my food! I have a 5 year old who has been waiting for supper and yet I am thinking that this is still coming though only for me to call pizza hut and they say I should call Mr d directly, I call Mr d and the lady tells me that she is now going to call the restaurant NOW and and escalate the query?! Like there's no point now because I and to drive and get food for my family, rather not waste your time with MR D
Bull**** of a company! Lago complex situated in Centurion, went to visit a friend and saw that they exit gate was not in "function". The manned security guard was allowing cars to exit the complex by using his remote. (Remember the entrance gate of the complex is being used for exit as well) so the security guard asks me to proceed and guess what? The gate starts closing on my car, it caused damage to my car yet Martinique and Lago does not want to accept responsibility. Received an email from Michael Pirre who just said they won't sort any damages out without any reason or justification. I won't be leaving the matter, and people should know what kind of a company Martinique is including Lago! Terrible wouldn't recommend anyone to even go and buy/rent there.
Since last year December around the 15th I've been asking Rain to cancel my second router has it didn't work from the time I got it. They then decided to cancel it this year after putting through a complaint. Now they have double debited me and I've been asking for a refund ever since. The service from this company is far from appalling. I have not had such terrible service from any other company. When you call rain and request to speak to a manager they tell you that they are working from home, how is one suppose to escalate matters? How is Rain as a business going to improve they customer service? I want someone from higher management to contact me ASAP. As I said before if you want terrible service and feel as if you are not a customer to them, then you should join Rain. Worst company ever!
Tried canceling my package since last year, they keep telling me that they will escalate it to their cancelation department but nothing gets done. I want this to be canceled ASAP!!! RAIN DOES NOT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! if this is the kind of service you are looking for, join Rain if not go to another provider!
We bought pizza's from pizza hut, Jean avenue and this was the worst pizza that I've eaten! Firstly they took extremely long to deliver the pizza's however that is not even an issue. The pizza was done without any pride being taken, the pizza was absolutely dry, the entire pizza is not covered with cheese or toppings, the chocolate pizza was the same, the potato tots wasn't even cooked properly and the chips felt as if it was fried, then re fried! End of the day if you want customers to continue buying then sell good quality food because after today I will NEVER purchase from pizza hut! This review is to show people out there what to expect from pizza hut Jean ave!
Complaint- I have made a complaint last year November and I have still not had any feedback from Nedbank regarding my personal loan. There is no customer satisfaction from this bank. I'm requesting for either a manager or someone in a senior level to contact me regarding an ongoing issue with 1 missed payment. Please can this be done as a matter of urgency!
Money has been in my account for my direct debit to go off and MFC has failed to take the payment out. I'm now being charged additional costs which is not my fault. I would like a manager to get in contact with me ASAP!!!
I am still awaiting for someone to contact me from Nedbank and discuss my complaint, yet nobody cares and clearly have a don't care attitude towards customers! Can someone please contact me via email to discuss my complaint? Poor Customer Service!!!
Due to unforeseen circumstances with starting a new job and missing my installment with MFC, I have called and spoken to an advisor by the name of Sivesh, I have explained my situation to him and with quick thinking he solved my query and also helped me with a payment plan. The service was great, he was helpful, he listened to my situation before giving me any cold feet, he did simply well in his role! Thank you and all the best.
