I ordered an Item(169180350)) from Takelot and used the option to collect from a depot near to me. when I opened the item at home, I found that it was a completely different item. i took it back to the depot immediately. this occurred at around 4pm on 31 December 2024. the person helping me with the return said that it would not reflect immediately because of the time of the day. I have since been in touch with them via email and it 10 days later and it was handed over to someone to follow up on the enquiry and today, I queried the status of the case and I was told the the issue will be escalated. this was supposed to be a birthday gift for 7/01/2025 and now we are at the 10th already
I did some shopping at The Checkers Hyper in Blue Route, which included a bottle if Milkshake for my daughter. when we arrived home, she un*****ed the top only to find that the foil under the top had two holes in it and that the bottle was not full. I called the store and was put through to customer service. the person on the other end could not help me and said that she would put me through to the manager. I was put through and waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer, untill the call was ended.
I am still awaiting feedback since I initiated this communication on 10 August 2023. After 2 weeks, I was told that the correspondence was sent to their underwriters (not sure why) and that it would take 5 days. 2 weeks ago I was asked for an ID nr which I provided immediately, yet I have still heard nothing from them. Either they are just disregarding customers or its a case of incompetence
I ordered items via the MrD app. Order was delivered from the local Pick n Pay in Victoria Rd Grassy Park. The item which cost the most was not available yet I was still charged for it. I was initially told that I would be refunded, then my Mr.D acc was credited with the amount, which I wasnt interested in, Then, only to find out that I will only be refunded in 5 days. My reason for the order was to get supper for.me.and.my children. If you don't have stock, don't charge.
Paid for my items in March and have not received anything nor any contact or response from company
I made a hotel booking on Saturday 27th October via the Avios website, for Sunday 28th. There was a co-payment, which i paid and it came off my account immediately. However, when i arrived at the Hotel, I was informed that no reservation was made and that there was no communication from Avios. Up to this point, I am unable to establish any telephonic contact with Avios in Cape Town
I was a victim of fraud and informed the bank. They asked me to get a police case number in order for them to escalate it to their forensic department. I have discovered that my account has been placed on hold (frozen) and I have no access to my account. I have enquired as to why my account was placed on hold and why I was not informed of this action but have had no response
My son downloaded the app which came with a 30 day free subscription. After 30 days he decided not to upgrade to the premium account which cost $5.99, yet they deducted an amount of R419 off my account which equates to around $35. When I enquired via email, they simply said to check the faq on their app
after having paid fee and provided all documents required via email and post, our company has still not been registered nearly a year later
