I have sent an order last week to UJ last week and they said their turnaround time is 1-3 days.Till today I have never received my order which very urgent because I am about to loose my job but no one ever picks up their phones.I sent 100 emails since the morning and nobody wants to take the iniative to assist with my query.I am very frustrated because they know very well that they start working at 9 till 3 but they never take people’s matters urgently.I made an immediate payment for the order hoping it was gonna assist with quick process as I need the papers urgently.I am very frustrated where I am right now
Worst service.You send your order knowing very well when you are going to need the items,wrong order gets delivered when you send a request for return you are told it’s gonna take 3 days to review the item before the right one is delivered.How possible is that?What do you want to review because I am telling you to come and take this wrong item that I did not order and send my order you are telling me of policy and procedures that has to be followed while you failed to follow the policy n procedure in the first place of rechecking the order before you send it.Whose fault is this?Bring my order and take your stupid wrong order that’s it forget about policies than you wanna use when it suits you
I am so furious with Capitec for taking my money from my account without my consent with a debicheck and told that I can’t reverse it.A debicheck mandate has to be sent to a client first to approve before a debit order can be initiated.I never received any debicheck mandate,I do not even get paid on the date the funeral cover deducted the money,Capitec account is not even my salary account so how on earth can a debit order be just loaded automatically and money be taken without my consent.I need my money bank and I need the policy cancelled and the account closed all together because this is madness
Telkom is doing a day light *******.When I signed up 4 a contract with them no-one informed me that there is returned debit order fee of R240 and now I missed a debit order and went to pay the following day but I am still charged the the R240 + my normal installment while my bank has charged me already R150 4 an unpaid debit order.I have never seen such wit any company where you are charged 4 n unpaid debit order more especially if u pay even the day after the unpaid debit.I want o cancell my contract with you because this is not the kind of robbing game I will stand for please.
I am very frustrated with old mutual because I have since put a claim with and no one seems to be willing to update me with any information of the progress of my claim.When you call their customer services numbers it’s no answer all the time.When you send an email no one respond.What kind of service is this because really you guys are serving us with the worst service ever.I hope not to use your services ever and I hope to not work for companies that use your services.Your service is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
I am very disappointed and frustrated about the service that I have received from Absa VAF.I have been applying for relief payment since June till today nothing is done instead they are rather attending to people who are applying for the second time.I mean if people who applied before are now extending and I am applying for the first time but all I get is feedback dates being postponed everyday.I am also affected by the pandemic like people who are even extending.At least if someone has been in contact with me to give the right feedback that my application has been declined or something then I would have made other means.Instead I am not getting any valid feedback and my account being debited every month.If I was affording I think I wouldn’t have applied but the mere fact that I am applying means that I have a problem.Maybe Absa consultants naturally have worst service.Can someone tell me exactly what I have to do.
I have been calling idirect since the beginning of the lockdown regarding my account that has been double debuted.The only thing I get is a rude consultant that always answers my calls,I think her name is Chaimaine if I am not mistaken,she always tells me that they have reversed the funds they will appear within 5 working days.I mean how the hell do you think I am surviving in this lockdown without that money that you took from my account and unable to return.Its very easy for you to take from out account but it’s hard to return it.I have ran out airtime to call you because even when we call and our airtime’s finishes no one bothers to call you back but they know we are locked chances are your airtime is finished that’s why the call got cut off.Please bring my money back so that I can even cancel this policy and rather go to Outsurance.I don’t like to deal with crooks period.
I took a contract cellphone with Blue label and they brought a phone that could not even switch on.I returned it the following day,actually their driver came to pick it up the following day and I cancelled the contract right there.I was told by their cancellation department that my contract has been cancelled however I am goin to be liable for the cancellation fee which was the exact amount as the amount they where going to deduct every month and I was ok with that,it was then deducted from my account.Now they are still deducting money from my account which I actually don’t understand is for what and when you call them they keep putting you on hold,I sent an email an no one is getting back to me regarding my money.I want my money back into my account coz people are always complaining about this company taking their money,but as for me I don’t want to play those games of coming to your office spending my money.I want my money back into my account and even your driver said this when he came to collect the phone that I am still going to experience this problem but I didn’t believe him,whereas he knows better coz he works for you.Please I want my money back into my account
I have never experienced such ridiculous and extremely worst service like this 1 that I have experienced with King Price insurance because when I was taking the policy at first I was promised Heaven and earth and only to find out that I was lured just to come n be ripped off. I mean companies like Auto and general, Outsurance, Miway are far much that this, I just urge everybody to rather join them that coming here to be robbed. When I took this policy I was asked if there will be an alternative driver and I said yes and we agreed on the premium. Now that it's claim stage I am told a different story about the alternative driver because the incident happened with an alternative driver. I mean why on earth was there no such information that was disclosed to me about the meaning of an alternative driver and how many time does an alternative driver has to drive the car. After all alternative driver has 1 meaning in the dictionary. Your contract says if the incident happens with an alternative driver then there is an access of R4500 that has to be paid. Now what is this nonsense that I am hearing now and a payment of R13000.00 that was transferred to me because the incident happened with an alternative driver.Who can fix a car with R130000.00?I want you to take back that money and pay my claim properly. That is damn day light robbery. I never said I want to open an investment policy with you where I save my premiums and give it back to me whenever I need it. You said you are an insurance company which is risky. Do pay my damn claim the very same way that thing we're running smoothly when you were luring me to take the policy or rather let's take the matter to the Ombudsman. People always talked about King Price always finding a way to not pay their claims but I never believed until it happened to me now. I need my claim paid and I'll let my family, friends and colleagues to cancel their policies and join others before they experience what I went through.
I have been calling MTN since yesterday morning because I bought airtym of which when I try to convert it to data it tells me I have insufficient airtym. I spoke to almost 10 consultant and two managers. Nico is one of the managers o spoke to instead none of them has resolved my matter. They keep sending me ticket numbers but and telling me about 72 hrs turn around for the matter to be resolved because this is the 1st time to see this kind of problem since they worked at MTN. How is that my problem? I spent the whole of yesterday without doing my business on the phone since they said my data should not be on now today m told ofanother 72 hrs. Hell no. I am running a damn business here.iv never experienced such ridiculous service with my vodacom number. Resolve my matter so I can buy data and use it then leave his ridiculous network. You are busy running your business and I must not and wait for 72 hrs of which no-one is even calling me to give update about the matter. Nonsense!!!!!
