Standard Bank has been unable to allocate funds to my account since November 2025. Despite sending the proof of payment to the relevant departments, private banker, and legal, the funds have not been allocated
Imagine, one of the biggest car brands takes more than two months to source a bumper. I strongly, recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a Jeep against it. I already convinced a colleague to buy a different brand based on spare availability from Jeep. This is also the last Jeep that I purchased.

I read through some of the reviews, I am happy to see that other customers had a good experience with their Insurance claims. I have not received feedback once from the agent assigned to my case Annelize Meyer. I have spoken to other staff who have helped to get the process going. I am yet to receive a single reply or call from Annelize. Hope a new agent will be assigned.
Paid to do competency more than a month back and still have not been afforded the opportunity to write the exam. Emails are ignored when we confirm to write in the 4th of April with no response back, when we call we are told all spots have been filled despite confirmation within minutes from our side.
Paid for a delivery on Sunday that was due today the 6th of December. Not a word from the builder's team, I called to find out what is going on and was advised by the customer care agent that delivery will take place today. I found this strange as she did not ask for any of my details.
Desire from the motivation/legal team could not care to respond to a customer's email. I have been sending a daily reminder over the last three days to get feedback on a simple request. I will be going into the store again this weekend I already know that they will tell me to email someone else this time. Thankfully they have much bigger and customer-centric competitors to choose from.
Only a 1 star because you cant give it a lower rating. Website down, OTP not working. Stand inline at the branch in centurion and get 100 people pushed in front of you. You then reach the inside and are asked to wait in a room. then taken back outside to queue again as the person who is supposed to help you is not on duty. Not surprised, nor disappointed.
