Shocking service. Bought 2 TV's online. They said they will deliver on the 6th of March, so I cleared my schedule to be here. Then I get a message that they will deliver on the 5th of March between 12PM and 6PM. Again, I have to change my schedule and sit and wait! Their Whatsapp channel has still not even responded to me from 13:33! Wonder why their stores are closing!!!
Good morning, Cell C. So it appears I’ll be without internet for the entire weekend. Absolutely unacceptable. Yes, I was late with payment — and yes, I paid as soon as I could. Despite that, after 15 days, you cut me off with zero consideration, zero flexibility, and zero concern for the customer. The result? No connectivity for most of the weekend. This is not “policy.” This is lazy service, poor judgment, and a blatant misuse of power over customers who have no real-time recourse. Let me be very clear: As a customer, I respond in ways that matter — with my wallet and with my voice. And this experience will be shared, remembered, and repeated. Companies don’t fail because of competition. They fail because of arrogance, bad service, and contempt for customers.
I’ve never experienced such incompetence and disregard for customers as I have with Axxess, a South African hosting provider that clearly has no interest in accountability or professionalism. Last month, my account showed a credit balance. I queried it immediately—not a single response from their side. Then out of nowhere, on a SUNDAY, I get a message warning that my domains are “about to be deleted.” Before I could even resolve anything, by Monday morning they deleted my domains entirely. And now? They refuse to acknowledge their own miscommunication, refuse to assist, and refuse to take responsibility for the chaos they caused. Their mistake has directly impacted my business, my ability to operate, and my ability to earn an income. This is not just bad service—this is reckless, negligent behaviour from a company whose job is to safeguard online assets, not destroy them. If you value your domains, your livelihood, and your sanity, steer far away from Axxess. Their support is non-existent, their communication is shocking, and their actions have real consequences for real businesses. I will never recommend Axxess to anyone.
Ordered pizzas from Honeydew branch and both kids got food poisoning! This is not the 1st time I have had issues with Pizza Hut
7 months and still no delivery. Also, they dont even respond to me. No refund although they confirmed that they will refund.
This is a scam. They write their own reviews to attract people to their site. I ordered and paid for a product on the 5th of July last year. Have not heard anything from anyone. Be careful
Incompetent. Their APP allows you to do inspections and submit document, but then their system does not show the details, even if the app does not show anything outstanding. This is just another way that they can get out of paying claims. Anything to take your money without giving you the cover you pay for. Then when you want to speak to a manager, they are always in a meeting and never calls you back. Seemingly too important to speak to mere mortal customers!!
Suspect that this is a Fake Site. I have ordered and paid more than a month ago. They have not responded to any of my calls or emails. I am about to open a case with the police
FNB is again double debiting my account. Its funny that it happens every month!! how long has this been going on and how much of my money have they stolen!!!!!??
Lodged a complaint last week regarding duplicate deductions! Days later and no resolution! Next step will be the ombudsman! Then they have the nerve to charge me interest!!
