I ordered the advanced kit on Saturday 27 September and it arrived the following Wednesday, 1 October. The products come well packaged and the paint matches my car exactly. I am very happy with the quality of both the product and the service received.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent debits from my account. On September 16th, I noticed an unexpected debit of R850, which was supposed to be deducted on October 1st for a recover and reinstall of my tracking device. I had called your office on the same day (September 16th) to report the early debit and was assured that the amount would not be deducted again. However, today I discovered an additional debit of R820.10, for which I did not provide consent. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my account and the lack of adherence to the agreed-upon debit schedule. The repeated errors and lack of communication have caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. I request that you: 1. Investigate the incorrect debit dates and amounts. 2. Refund the unauthorized amount of R820.10. 3. Provide a detailed response regarding the actions you will take to resolve this issue. I look forward to a swift resolution.
Cartrack's ability to make promises is matched only by their inability to keep them. When I contact their support, the experience is inefficient, as I'm repeatedly transferred to new agents who only seem interested in verifying my personal information rather than addressing the issue. I've paid for a service that isn't being provided, which is deeply concerning. At this point, I have little confidence that they would be able to locate my vehicle in the event of a theft.
I was involved in a vehicle accident two weeks ago when my car was rear-ended at a traffic light. Although my vehicle was declared a write-off, the claims process with Outsurance was remarkably smooth, and I received my payout just 7 days after the incident. My new car will be insured with outsurance again.

Failed delivery two days before confirmed date of delivery....how even? Then my delivery gets re scheduled to a different date and nothing gets delivered even though I sat here waiting all day. Do not buy from companies using this courier.
I was contacted by a Discovery agent yesterday, who persuaded me to sign up for Discovery Insure. Although I mentioned my intention to obtain additional quotes before making a decision, I was convinced to proceed with the sign-up. I requested that the monthly debit order be deducted from my wife's account, as all our monthly debits are processed through her account, and my salary is deposited directly into it. However, I was informed that they needed to contact my wife for confirmation of the account. After careful consideration last night, I have decided that I would like to obtain additional quotes. Therefore, I would like to cancel my Discovery policy for the time being. The main issue arose this morning when I discovered that the policy was set up in my wife’s name, even though it was initially meant to be in my name. Despite my attempts to rectify this, I have been informed that the policy cannot be canceled. How do you even set up a policy in my wife's name with my ID number??? I have previously transferred my retirement annuity from Discovery to Allan Gray due to unsatisfactory performance. I request that this issue be resolved promptly, or I will be forced to consider transferring my medical aid and life insurance as well. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Tried to get hold of Pudo with a problem on the website, whatsapp and email. Absolutely non existent customer support. The bot on the website has only one answer for every question. "I didn't get that. Try rephrasing your question."The app only opens to say "Pudo has stopped"The Whatsapp does nothing....still waiting for customer support. Never again. The website, oh boy. Every time you press the home button you get logged out. The phone number is never available. They are cheap because you get what you pay for.....cheap.
