Daisy Solutions worse than Telkom.. They promise you all the nice things and its so cheap, but there are hidden truth's that you are not being informed about. They used our wifi at the business to log in for remote fault finding. Then when I told them that it is wrong they did not even consult us about using our wifi, now we have to pay for a technician to come out to site. They did not inform us that maintenance plan will cost us R8000 per year otherwise we will have to pay for a technician to come out every time we have a problem. There should not be call outs from a technician costing R8000 per year if their hardware have no issues.
All consultants every time when I call is very knowledgeable and the waiting time to get through to them is very small
We Bought a Router/modum Cash at MTN Eshowe, we do not have coverage at the house, we spoke to Sibosiso the store Manager and was told that we should bring it back the next day for refund there will be somebody there to assist us, we arrived at the store there are nobody trained to do refund, then I was told apparently it takes SEVEN DAYS FOR A REFUND??????? what a load of nonsense
Thank you Miway for handling my claim without any hassles. From the assessor to the call centre thank you excellent service right through. A hijacking is a traumatic experience and not a easy thing to cope with, and having a good insurance like Miway and not having to stress about your claim makes the bad experience more cope able.
I eventually got my itemised billing for the insurance. I do think that the employees should have more training to deal with this kind of problems and should not just say it is out of there hands. The extra mile Loratho, Dean and Ashika took to assist in the prepaid department is excellent Thank You... I am sure that the technical department will have the sites up and running in no time and that the Vodacom Shops will be able to assist the customers with prepaid itemised billing reports in the near future.
Trying to get itemised billing from Vodacom, they changes there system and because I was not registered on there site I cannot get my itemised billing. Vodacom in our town cannot even assist us? The call centre cannot assist us?
We lived at this address since 2013, when the owner moved out the estate agents were informed about the noise that comes from above and that the new tenants should be quite people, they did not comply as there are continues excessive noise from the new tenants above, We have complained to the estate agent on numerous occasions without anything being done about it.

Once again Vodacom Business Department has no clue where to direct my call to as I am sent this way and that way and given this number and that email address just so I can cancel 2 x R32 month to month promotional deals on our business account????
I do not thing Parys info are on your list, but there are a lady working there that truly deserves a gold medal, she was very helpful in finding us a camping site on a very short notice (1day) and then came back to me without any delays. Well done to Jana at Parys info and thank you so much
