I would like to complain about the service I received at Jet in vaal mall.I did a laybye and went to cancel it on the 25th before it expires but I did not have the slip, however I had my ID and the sms messages for the laybye. The laybye was canceled and I was charged a a 1% fee which was fine, what was not fine was that they refused to give me my money back in cash and said I must but something and if the money is not enough I must add, that is unacceptable as it's my money and I can choose what to do with it, I wanted to still buy something but use my card eft, they said no, I asked for the supervisor Seipati Masilo and she was rude and didn't want to listen to me as a customer or value my support to jet, Jet should train the so called super visor on how to handle difficult queries and there is always an option, I wanted to leave the cash refund and swipe for the items I bought and they refused again which they waisted my time and I wouldnot recommend jet in vaal mall the service is pathetic, I normally buy at jet Sandton of Jozi which I never experienced any pronlems
Nkanyeziy private hospital in Sebokeng is the worst private hospital ever,my son was admitted in December on the 29th and Dr mentor claimed on the medical for that day he was admitted while he never saw or treated my son and he was suppose to claim from the next day and also he didn't include his banking details when submitting to the medical aid in january and the payment was paid to my account which was on a minus on the 12the,I spoke to his secretary and advised and told them I will pay on the 20th as she advised that they needed the payment in full which I did ,on the 22and he handed my account to legal which I refused to pay the R500 legal fees but they called my husband and he paid it,I requested the file number to report the matter but till today the hospital manager had not provided and she asked me to come so that we can resolve the issue which I did but nothing was done.My colleagues in the vaal told me never to go Nkanyezi as it is the worst private hospital in sebokeng even thou its near and I learned my lesson and wish I knew earlier and now I am using media clinic which is the best
My son was admitted to Nkanyezi private hospital on the 29th of December 2022.Dr mentor claimed for the 29th on the medical aid while he never saw or treated my son on that day,he was suppose to claim from the next day.As if that's not enough he claimed from the medical aid and didn't include his banking details and the payment was paid in to my account on the 12th which was on a minus,I spoke to the doctors receptionist whom was very rude and told me the Dr needs the full payment and I advised her I will pay on the 20the of Jan in full which I did and emailed the proof of payment,on the 22nd I received a call to say I was handed over to legal and I must extra R500 which I refused and they called my husband n payed it.I called the hospital and the hospital mananger asked me to come so that we can resolve the issue as I was asking for the file number to report the doctor to HPCSA,I went and they told me they would address the issues ,3months has past still nothing,I don't understand why they are not giving me the file number and they want me to go there again,which is unacceptable they must send me the documents to fill in and give me the file number as its my right. My collegues in the vaal told me to never go to Nkanyezi hospital even thou its near to Sebokeng because its the worst ever and I am glad that I know now and when my son was sick last month we went to media clinic in vanderbijilpark and the service was outstanding
My son was sick and we went to media clinic in vaderbijilpark.I would like to thank the Doctors,nurses,cleaning,cooking staff etc for the great support and excellent service they showed us and I really appreciate it.You are the best in the vaal and I was referred by one of my colleagues when I moved this side.
I would like to complain about Clicks,I bought a microwave online last year in August Kambrook brand,for the past two months I have been struggling to use it as it works and sometimes it doesn't even if you warm the food for 30 minutes its still cold.On the 21st of June I took it back to thabong Clicks is sebokeng and I had to fight for them replace it and finally they agreed to replace it and told me they will ask for the microwave from other stores as they didn't have it and I will get it after 7 days. On the 22and the next day I received a call in the morning to come n fetch as it is working and I refused,3 hours later I received another call to say they got the new one and I must come fetch it which I did the sameday however the microwave was slow and today its not working and we cant warm up the food.Clicks took me for a fool and they gave me the same microwave,cleaned it up and put it in a new box.I am so upset right now as they didn't want to exchange it in the first place and all of the sudden they had the new but its still not working that means I am a fool and I never expected this from Clicks dissapointed.
I went to Pick n pay at thabong on the 2nd of march and I bought a book on the shelves it was written R15,99 but on the slip I was charged R99,I took it back sametime and requested a refund,I ask for the supervisor and they told me to go to them and there was 3of them checking something on the computer and I ask for help,they told me to wait for another supervisor whom was with another client but I refused and told them to assist me because all 3 of them can't be fixing one query while I wait for the 4th one to come n assist me,then this supervisor by the name of Nunu Qou (I didnot know her name by then) came to assist me with attitude and she was arguing with the 4th supervisor in front of me which was very rude,I told her that she can see that person is busy with a customer and they will argue later,she assisted me with attitude,then I left. On the 6th of March I went to the same pick n pay at thabong,I bought groceries with a bank card and I was with my niece and we requested a R1000 cash back for his nsfas wallet ,the cashier Florah Magosa advised that she doesn't have cash and called the supervisor to assist,then the supervisor said they don't have cash and l told her she must look for cash as the cashier had Funds but advised that it was for the cash office,I told the supervisor I am not leaving without that cash and ask for the manager,she said she was the manager and refused to give me her name and she didn't have a name tag on her,we started argue and shouting at each other and she still refused to give me a name and she called another manager who advised her to give me her name which was Nunu Qou and I asked to speak to the manager above her and Morwesi Kelle came and she tried to speak to Nunu and she was very rude and busy shouting at me the customer and I was not having it and I told her were to get on,anyway Morwesi Kelle did assist me and really appreciated her service.I am not happy with Nunu Qou and I deserve an apology from her and she doesn't deserve to be the manager if she doesn't know how to handle a dispute and give us the customers an excellent service,I love Pick n pay and I have never ever experienced this type of service from Pick n pay in Sandton,Southgate,Lenensia(which is now closed) etc.I moved to the vaal recently and the Pick n pay there does not serve the same values as the Pick n pay as whole,I am very disappointed and disgusted.
I bought a book at take a lot to be delivered within 7 working days, on the 7th day I get an email that my order was canceled because the book is out of stock. When I went back online the book was still showing and I logged a complaint two weeks back still today nothing has happened and no one called me. Apparently takealot does that to people because some of my colleagues experience the samething and now they are buying the books somewhere else. The sad thing was my course already started and I had to borrow the textbook. Poor service
My son is being struggling to reset the NSFAS allowancence which is blocked since May 2022 and we have send nemerous emails and on the chat service and he even filled in the forms at the college to unlock it, till now there is nothing a nd on the NSFAS chat we were told it is reseted and he must wait for the sms which was two weeks ago but nothing. The emailing service is even worse cause they don't even reply, this is the worst service ever and I am not sure if their bad service is due to the fact that they are assisting kids with no customer experience or what?
I have been studying with Milpark education and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wrote 3 exams and it time it was a nightmare and I had to write in distress because of their systems issues and their lack of technical support.I wrote an exam on the 18th of October and I had system issues I could not finish writting the exam as I started 45 minutes late and I requested them to extend my time as the technical team didn't call me back to assist with the system issues but finally I managed to sort them out but it was 45 minutes later and I wrote on the technical support requesting the time to be extended which was never done and the exam closed.Tgen I tried to do test B but it didn't open and later milpark advised on the sms that it was opened bith Test A and B but only test B was opened,I did send them an email to ask them to open test A and was advised that it was opened which was a lie,I then replied and attached screen short showing its not open and nobody called to assist.Today I just received an sms stating that I am referred and it's like they don't care it's not their problem even thou it was their system error and they are not even apologising, I have send a complaint and nobody called to apologize, the consultant who called they didn't apology I am gravel with Milpark I wish I could change college these stress is not worth it
I was trying to apply for my son for late application for academic year 2021,I am shocked of the service are I received.I have been calling them since the the 1st of March 2021 till today,I even send emails but still no one is willing to assist and they all pass me from one person to the other and Vanessa even told me that I can't complain there is nothing that I can do atleast Veli tried to give me by providing alternative numbers to call.The application is pending n there is a restriction which I don't know what it means and all I wanted was for some to assist me were I made the mistake to fix as Nsfas is waiting for university registration and a way forward,I even got direct email address for the people working in admission which were Faith,Sylvia,Mosele,Motsamai and Relebogile and none of them replied.I have never been so frustrated like this before were I feel helpless and so now the registrations are closing on the 12th,I guess I am not important as I never went to university and now my son won't get the opportunity that he worked hard for under the covid circumstances which he passed with a bachelor's and I am so sad and heart broken .I even paid the registration fee even thou I don't know the way forward and I even got the banking details on the website as I have been requesting them since last week
