Good Day I have been trying to get my acc credited since June 2022 last year.When i renewed my mtn contract i asked Mtn at Tablebiew to remove my itimised billing.Offcourse this was never done until Nov 2022.I have after numerous e mails still had no reimbur*****t.Can someone pls assist
I requsted my itimised billing to be removed in June and my acc credited it has still not been done.
Mtn shop Pick pay Centre Table view On 30th of May this year i downgraded my contract.It is now 7weeks later and i am still receiving the incorrect acc.When i enquired about the problem the excuse was it did not pull through on the system.My acc is now more after the downgrade than before.The people at Mtn store in Pick n pay Table View cant resolve the matter.There is no sense of urgency from the Mtn shop side to help me Can anyone from Mtn help me ?
I have been going to the Seafood Lapa in Melkbos for more than 10 years.The service was always good and the food prices reasonable.I have noticed a dramatic increase in food prices the last few years and poor quality.My example is A Mini seafood platter which consists of a piece of hake cut up into 3 piece,8 small muscles and 6 small pieces of calamary for R180.No prawns or decent sieze mussels.Absoloutely rediculous.The 2 restaurants next to seafood Lapa was nearly full.We were the only family at the Lapa.When i asked the waiter about the high prices and small portions and lack of seafood variety,the waiter told me the chef is not interested in the complaints although they have had many.It is very sad that such a great place has lost the plot.I and many friends and family will not be returning.They have forgotten that the locals keep the doors open !
Can anyone fom VODACOM FIBRE pls explain why my line is still active if i have cancelled it a month ago.I received confirmation of cancellation 31 Aug. WHAT NOW !!!!!
After 2 years of pathetic service from vodacom fibre with fair usage policy and throtteling nonse.I want to cancell my contract.I signed and sent in the Cancellation a week ago they have still not sent the cancellation to Frogfoot ao i can change sercive provider.What do i do
