That shop have unprofessional and rude consultants , I opened up a contract with Mtn in August it was a online purchase but I was told that if I am facing g any difficulties I must go to my nearest Mtn store which is the a Pinecrest mall branch ad I reside in Pinetown. But not even once I got help from that shop instead they tell me to go to Pavillion branch with an excuse of they don't have a technician. On my very first visit to the shop I was told by the lady who was wearing a name tag that witten Phiwo to go the Vodacom outlet for the assistance I was requiring. Today I went there to get help with the eSim I was told to go the Pavilion branch or to come back after 3 hours . They are all helpless, rude , unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful to each and every customer. They scream out loud singing along with music that is also playing on such unpleasant volume , speaking to each other while they serve customers , wow !! I'm still in disbelief of the experience!
I ordered an abdominal wheel with takealot and I received my order as I expected however they were missing items which was a wheel as the item was meant to have 2 wheels . So I logged a return and surprisingly pick it on a second and hence I have waited for good two weeks for my return of which I did specify that I don't need a refund but for them to fix their error. But unfortunately and very frustrating that they have credited my account for my next purchase and if I recheck the item it shows that the price has risen and bare in m8nd that I have to pay for a delivery for their carelessness . Takealot pls fix your error and resend my order as for a matter of fact iam not not will to pay an extra amount because it sorely your mistake . Order number :MRRN-FMK6Q-09EK
So this morning I was at Mc Donald the Pinetown branch the one that is located at the corner of Crompton Street and Josiah Gumede Old Main Road. Iam a regular customer there of so many years so I decided to pop in there before church as I was waiting for my daughter, we were going to grab a quick breakfast and guess what I got a big surprise which is also a massive disappointment. As the lady by the name of Londi who works there she came to me and gave me an instruction to order something because I have been there for over 10 minutes,wow . I was going to order as I alway do my kids love Mc Donald’s too bits due to that I did not buy anything I literally stepped out and I will never ever set my foot to that Mc Donald's. Londi the lady who demanding me to order she said the instruction is coming from the store manager and His name is Musa . Mc Donald’s is that how you train your staff to treat your customers? If so that’s mean you will loose number of customers
PEP STORE PINECREST MALL. It's a nightmare to shop with this store as they have such rude and disrespectful employee by the name of Siyanda. I Was leaving my stuff at the parcel counter and he rudely spoke to me by saying hurry up because he has tons of thongs to take of. I have been a Pep customer since from my childhood but I took decision not to shop with them anymore and I will spread the word.
They made me to pay R100 for the tag and it's has been 6 months I have not received it. The ladies bathroom stinks, there is always water on the floor, maybe some bathroom pipes a leaking.
Hi there ☺️ I would like to bring the incident into your attention that I happen to come across .At one of the Capitec branch at The Pinecrest Centre (downstairs)in Pinetown Durban So I lost my card and suprisingly and shockingly I have been getting transaction messages of R399 attempting to be debit from my account,this happened for more than 5 times since I lost my card . So I went to the branch hoping to get some help for this matter. A rude ,impatient and unprofessional consultant by the name of Njabulo5 .I narrated my matter and what he said to me he said he won’t be able to see all what I was explaining to him unless he makes a new card for me, okay, I allowed him to make a card for me. After he made the card I asked him ,how do we go about about my query he arrogantly said he is not sure if the strange debit transactions will stop or not . So now my question is if he is not sure than who must I contact regarding this matter if the people who are hired and trusted by Capitec Bank to represent the Company will give us such unprofessional service. I lost trust with such a giant Bank Company as I speak right now I’m puzzled and I don’t know what step should I take from now as their client .
If you want to join a gym please try by all means not join with planet fitness Pinetown branch .Both staff and management are highly unprofessional and rude. Their equipments are old and faulty it’s seems like they hardly get serviced . They have a receptionist by the name of Mabongi OMG 😮 that lady is way way too rude to each and every client. As a matter she used a B word to me .😡 If you report her to the Management they just turn a blind eye to the incident and brush it under the carpet . As matter of fact not even a single soul who thought to take an initiative and apologize to me. I truly regret why I even join with them and I will make it a point as soon a my contract ends I won’t even bother to renew it ,and I won’t recommend this branch to anyone else. I can’t be treating like crash,be undermined and being insulted as if I don’t pay my monthly fees . PLANET FITNESS PINETOWN BRANCH 🚩🚩🚩🚩
What a great experience we had with my kids and my friend and her kids. We booked a camping site at Giba Land for one night . The venue is kids and pet friendly. Oh my gosh !! What a night and experience.The food from Umfula Cafe was scrumptious and the waiters services was phenomenal m,our waiter name was Mlu we really need more people like Mlu in a restaurant industry. The owner Carol was exactly what we needed for our adventurous trip we were so impressed by her professionalism. Giba Land is amazing and their prices for food and accommodation is very reasonable and affordable. We are definitely going back in September for the whole weekend camp. Carol,Mlu and the whole team thank you so much guys for going extra miles for your clients . You are amazing!!!!! Regards Sli
Oh my goodness gracious me!! Iam so disappointed with such a giant company having a guts of employing such unprofessional and rude stuff.So I went to one the Icebolethu Funeral Branch in Pinetown by Josiah Gumede main road to make my monthly payment last month .A rude and unprofessional guy by the name of Sthembiso Mbele who was helping me ,as he was helping me he was playing with his phone and speaking to me rudely ,he made the whole transaction and as he was trying to swipe my card & it declined 3 times and I was told by him to go and withdraw cash as the transaction was done with no processed payment. I went to the ATM which I strongly believe I did not take more than 15 minutes as I returned to the office I was told by his colleagues that Sthembiso Mbele has just stepped out unfortunately time was no longer on my side and his colleagues did not want to take that R300 cash from me.I had to leave and I promised to come back the next day. The following day which was Friday and the whole weekend I had tons of commitments I couldn’t make it . On Monday rude Sthembiso called me telling me he will freeze my policy account meanwhile I took an initiative to go to the ATMs for withdrawal and he decided to leave the office before I came back. Than I called the Icebolethu Funerals Call Centre the lady which I forgot her name I narrated my story to her than she traced Sthembiso Mbele and spoke to him I don’t know what he told her because she called me back and apologized on behalf of Icebolethu as well as an arrogant Sthembiso and told me I can pay to any Pep store as an alternative. I eventually went to their offices to pay that R300 cash.When he saw me walking in he stood up from his desk as he was a vacant consultant and sent his colleague to come and receive my payment. The very frustrating thing is today I went to other branch opposite Pinecrest Shopping Centre ,suprisingly the policy account was frozen all my beneficiaries were taken out from the policy ,what if I went to the Pep store as the call center lady adviced me ,I would have thought that my policy is up to date and if one of my beneficiaries passed on that was going to be a day of a huge problem as they were not covered because of Sthembiso’s carelessness 😡The reckless and unprofessional of Icebolethu Funerals consultant is completely out of this planet . This was completely a nightmare and a massive disgrace . How can one keep on having faith on Icebolethu Funerals if they have such unprofessional,rude and arrogant stuff
I would like to bring the unfair and poor service into your attention that I happen to come across at one of your store NWJ HILLCREST CORNER BRANCH in Durban. So in August I bought a bronze ring from NWJ which really disappointed me by discoloring ,and when I took it back to the store, after 3 weeks since I brought it back to them they did not get to me and I called them and they said they won’t refund me I was forced to take something else and I refused.After another 2 weeks they called me to the shop for a refund. During all this era of this confusion I have never spoken to the store manager she is always not in store and never bother to be in contact with me up until this day. Refund was done into my SASSA card because I used the same card when I was purchasing the ring.From the 10th of November 2021 money has never reflected in my card. I strongly believe that the money has bounced back into the store account because I brought the SASSA statement stating all the transactions for full 3 months ,which is an evidence that the money in not into my account but still they are refusing to refund me. My right is being violated by NWJ as a consumer. Iam so disappointed,devastated and I lost confidence In such a giant company NWJ !!!
