Phoned my claim through on Thursday Morning and sent through all the necessary documentation. Lady Samantha contacts me late the afternoon stating they dont have a damage report (Which was included in the initial email) she just did not open all the attachement's. instead of arguing i sent just the damage report so she wont get confused. Then I heard nothing eventually the next afternoon i got a call saying they have sent it to the person that will give them a value of what must get paid out. Now we sitting with out a fridge obviously we might hear something Monday if we lucky then they take there time paying out then we must still go and look for a fridge i mean really??? totally unacceptable *********** people. I purposely did not claim for all the food and stuff that was in the deep freezer and what was in the fridge as I did not want a long drqwn out claim. But obviously they just do not care!!!!! Will have to start hunting for a new insurance company again.
Once again order is incorrect besides repeating myself like 5 times you really have to start employing staff that can do the job Right. The invoice was correct but they obviously just pack in whatever they want whatever burgers are there they just pack in Went to Burger king last night ordered the following and this is what I Received: 2 Double cheese burger meals instead received 2 double Jalepeno burgers which my wife and daughter don't eat. I paid for medium chips with my footlong meal instead recieved a small chips. I ordered apple juice I received mixed berry juice. I ordered 3 nutella fushions each one was different one had loads of nutella other one had just about nothing woman also gave me one i had to remind her there is 3 on the order. When i got home and saw this i phoned them and the lady says sorry but what must i do REALLLY I JUST WANT YOU TO DO YOUR JOB!!!
Cell C for yourself that is for sure as their is always problems. Definitely the time has come to port to another service provider please anyone reading this give me some recommendations . Back to Cell C so I have been on Contract with them for many many years now actually ported my number from Vodacom. I phoned them as for a long time now I can't dial 086 numbers. So I phoned cell C and they tell me the contracts has changed and you must now buy airtime if you want to call those numbers. My wife is on Cell C her contract is half the price of mine and she can call any number. So let me get this straight I am on contract but I must still go and buy airtime really???? what's the point of having a contract then. I asked can't I just get billed for it every month but the answer is no what a joke!!!!!
I am amazed with kwikcot geysers as they install a geyser and you get a 5 year guarantee and after 3 years it pops they replace it for you but then you only have 2 year guarantee left. Shows you how much faith they have in their own product. Wont waste any more time with them.
This will be my last bad review about ADT because i will be changing armed response companies. Yesterday I received a call for an alarm activation at my house so I said no one is home please go and see if everything is ok. I in the meantime went home and back to work and then 42 min from when I received the call I got feedback that everything is fine. I asked why did it take so long the call centre agent rep**** its because we are busy. Ok so if we are in an emergency situation and we press the panic button and they take 30 min to get there we will be dead as ADT IS TOO BUSY. Really what am I paying so much money for when i had a problem with my alarm i got charged for excessive call outs YOUR REASON ADT was so you can have enough vehicles on the road!!!! Quick enough to charge extra but cant make a callout in a decent response time. We have a new security company in our area called Precinct Response and so many people are changing to them they are a small company but excellent response times
On the 6th of February I got hold of standard Bank to report ***** on a newish bank card that I have tapped only about 4 times since I got it. they then stopped the card and said they will investigate the case it will take 10 to 14 working days. This morning I get a message on my phone "Your ***** case is now concluded. We appreciate your Patience" 31 working days later and that's the message I get REALLY what a joke I find it extremely frustrating that I have never used this card for online purchases yet the ***** that was committed was online purchases in a area that i have never been in my entire life Yes the people ordered uber eats twice in 15 minutes amongst other things that's extremely strange they must start looking internally at *****. I still have not received my money surely they can get hold of uber eats and get the address of the people that used my details if they really wanted too. Also let a person know what the outcome was!!!! Unless its all hush hush
Has to be one of the fast food companies in SA with the worst service takes for ever to get your food when you get your food its cold and 9 times out of 10 the order isn't correct. When you to submit a complaint there complaints email isn't working and when they do eventually get hold of you they ask for all the details which you send to them yet you never get any feed back.
Once again standard bank cons me change to prestige banking 24/7 service for R250 i have been battling to get my pin sorted and my credit card credit life protection policy to be cancelled that was one of the conditions of me changing over but it never ever got sorted it is months now already. I am on the verge of changing my whole portfolio to anothe banking institution
Firstly there online complaints is not working everytime you you write your whole complaint it says there is a error on the site. Really a person must make a complaint about there complaints departement not working shows the state that Mcdonalds is in nothing works they cant get anything right. Anyway to my real complaint. Firstly i have had endless problems with your Plattekloof store in Cape Town I am really disappointed however i dont want to drive as it is close to where i stay. So last night firstly it was taking for ever for them to get the orders out. Then i got my order did a quick check as i didnt want to hold the que up but once again when i got home the chicken nuggets were 2 short and its not the first time. I know this doesnt sound like anything major but it ruins the whole evening as my daughter is unhappy and i then have to get something else for her to eat we order take out to make our lives easier but there is always a story 2 short doesnt sount like alot but to a young child it messes up the entire evening so thanks once again we frequent that mcdonalds atleast twice a week and there is always problems but this time i cant leave it there. Its easy to say drive back but then all our food would be cold it just a simple thing pack in exacly what we order like last week i ordered my meal as a large and when i got home it was regular even though i paid for a large the week before that we ordered 2 2cheese burger meals when we got home there was only 3 burgers. Is your staff purposely giving items short so they can take the excess home. I want this story sorted im not leaving it here. I will go to hello peter and more social media platforms.!!!!!
Please people be aware of the **** vox does to people you pay for a 100mbs line speed but the give you 10mbs line then you complain and they make all sorts of excuses including you must do the right speed test but when you get home and use the same test its all of a sudden 100mbs and so this continues so please check your line speeds i have to once again waste 2 or 3 days and emailing and phone calls to get there attention before they will once again correct my line and give me what i am paying for. Thank goodness i only have a few months left of my contract by Vox cant wait to change so that i can actually get what i am paying for.
