Who the hell gave you permission to do affordibility credit checks on my name. **** ALERT TO ALL PEOPLE
We cancelled all contracts with Telkom. The LTE contract final invoice only received Feb 2025 and we paid. Then they started deducted ******* funds from our account monthly. Every month funds get reversed, we phone and go into the nearest Telkom shop. Now again ******* funds deducted. My advice to any one thing to use any service from Telkom - RUN THE OTHER WAY
Never on time, never answers phone. Why do businesses use them for delivery when there are so many other courier companies that are more reliablr?
WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS. Unhelpful, *******ly deduct debit orders even though they already received payment. NO NOT USE TELKOM!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not allowed to speak to human. You MUST phone customer service to use the robotic system that is of no help for your issues.
The staff members in the health foods and protein shake department at Greenstone Mall, Kempton Park is very knowledgable and friendly. Best service I have had at Dischem.
Worst internet service ever. Revoked debit order. Made payment via EFT for one month. Then battled for nore than a month to receive final account for payment only for funds to be deducted via debit order after you have told me numerous times the final account still needs to be processed?! It is illegal for you to do this! Don’t you know tou cannot 1. Deduct funds before an invoice is created? 2. Need legal authorisation for a debit order? (This was revoked! due to mismanagement) My bank is informed not to allow any future deductions ... just so that you know.
Do not shop online. I had difficulty to get delivery of my products. I have now been battling for a week to get feedback on the outstanding items on my order. I only get emails stating feedback will be given within 24 hours and then nothing happens. Reference: ********** 0797/GO I insist on my final items to be delivered within 2 working days or credit to be passed as I will not be held responsible for items that was not delivered. I am also escalating this to Edgars as they should know what their customers have to deal with. I will in future rather buy from websites like Wantitall, Amazon and Takealit as you always get what you ordered and also in the timeframe promised!
Tried to call numerous times. Unable to get through to call centre. Left message, emailed a couple of times to arrange delivery of a package in their possession. No response received. Missed message/call from delivery guy due to being in a meeting at that specific time but no call was done through complex security to my mom’s phone. Please let me know when delivery will be done or let me know where we can collect package.
