If I could give zero stars, I would. They have a very convincing looking website and even have positive reviews on their site. After purchasing and paying for a container, they asked for additional money for freight insurance, which was never stated before we paid. We landed up paying for the container and freight insurance. To date, three months after paying them, they have not delivered the container despite promises to do so. Every time we call them they give us the run around. In addition, they are not located at the Durban address stated on their invoice.
Worst courier company ever! Don't use them. They promised a parcel would get from Joburg to North West after 3 days. It is now the 4th day and the parcel is still sitting waiting to be sorted. Noone can answer why there is a delay. You can't even speak to a manager as he "doesn't have an extension". The call centre refuses to provide manager's email address. Shocking customer service :-(
I was at your shelley beach branch to pick up an order. I ordered 2 items but when I got to holiday flats saw only one was in the bag. I called and was told a driver would be in touch to deliver as we’d driven far to collect. No one came or contacted me to say they weren’t coming. I tried calling manager but no answer. I wrote onto customer care but no one bothered to reply. Very disappointed.
Bunch of thugs who keep sending threatening letters without statements to back their claim. I keep requesting to see an invoice for the so called money I owe to COJ for a property I don’t own. They totally ignore my requests and keep sending letters of demand. Totally unprofessional!
I keep receiving threatening SMS's and emails for a City of Jhb for a property I don't own. The call center agents have absolutely no idea how to assist and my requests for an invoice are totally ignored. They refer me to COJ who also cannot link the amount I apparently owe to this property. Absolutely no response to any of my requests yet they keep threatening me. Bunch of thugs!
We’ve had intermittent connection for 2 days now and impossible to get hold of technical support. The WhatsApp they refer you to us useless as it doesn’t address all options.
I ordered items on Black Friday which according to the track & trace were shipped on 29th November. To date I have not received the items. There is no reply from Call Centre!! They do not answer their emails! I had not used Zando before but had high expectations as they market themselves so well. Very disappointed in this total lack of response.
