I came here 4.45 am to do my daughter's ID since they t writing final exams in few weeks time. My daughter goes to boarding school out of Capetown its impossible to come during the week. Onw of the guys working outside told me its his house his rules. I asked him what about thae kids who are writing exams he told me he does not care he only takes 10 kids. What is really happening here
Good day Ive complained about the driver by surname of Vikilahle last week his still doing the same thing. Until when are we supposed to bare his emotional abuse and bullyness. Ive complained that the driver os very rude and doesn't want us to drop us at Stock Road terminus in the evening but in the morning they pick us there. When i asked the driver nicely to please drop me there he told me straight his not going to do that i must take the bus number if i want and report. He told he tomorrow the 27th of August his not going to stop by the bust stop where we get our busses. It's 5 years we have have been standing in that place previous drivers will stop for us. May we please get another driver for that route with immediate effect this is too much. Other people decided to take Khayelitsha bus because of the driver his rude and doesn't want to drop us at Stock Road bus depo. They take advantage of us because they know we depend on these busses Drv 89331 Bus 4593 Route APC9 STOP 5 Enough is Enough now, this driver doesn't have the spirit of Ubuntu, are these the values they been taught when they go for training to abuse us emotionally and when we voice our selves they say we rude. Rude driver that doesn't have the spirit of Ubuntu. Everyday we must be afraid as passengers and cross fingers if the driver is going to stop for us. Driver told us the day i used his bus last year that we must ask everyday like we school kids to drop us at stock road depo bus if we don't ask he won't but he knows very well we get ofg there. If i could get a petition for this driver how he treats us golden arrow will see how this driver is treating is us. All my years I've never seen a rude driver like him. If we greet he doesn't even greet. Now his telling other people starting Monday he wont stop for me if i don't take the 1st bus but yet im clocking at 5 at work in Bellville south. This bus is coming from Kraaifointen route via Bellville south. The drivers surname is Bikitsha and the bus he was driving today 51110 drv 89331 route APC9. May we please get another driver because what his doing to us is emotional abuse
I am very angry with the service of Spec Savers Guguletu , I went for my glasses on the 12th of July 2025 .Did everything that is required on Monday they called me to tell me they have a problem with confirming my details with their VNP sytem i understood , again following me day they called me which was Tuesday now the 15th then everything was fine the lady with name starts with V even sent me a OTP to confirm my invoice i told her .Then they went queit thinking in my mind my glasses are bein processes , I call them today the 24 .07.25 to follow up she ask for my surname then she she acts like she is shock telling me that nothing has bein done with my glasses they still atthe store.I asked her how when that day you told me that you will send them to the lab nd will receive them within+-2 weeks.My eyes are paining because i need my glasses . ive noticed with some of that store workers its like we doing these glasses for free.Im never ever going back to that spec savers in Guguletu anymore . Really angry after 2 weeks no one is updating me if i did not call i would have bein in the dark.Your servise V...is very poor im sorry to say that
Omw, W Hungry lion Watergate is the worse and their staff. Got at Watergate 6.30pmto buy 15 peace and double burger. The service is bad only one cashier was in front when I went to her to ask to please ask for assistance to get another cashier because we have been standing for 30minutes. Only to be assisted to order at 7.15 pm. The lady manager is not professional at all not even updating people about their orders, we got our order at 20.20pm.When we got got home to find out half the chicken is not cooked enough it's red inside, the burger fillet is burned. This is not their 1st time to give bad service. If it was in my power I would close that shop it's pathetic
I'm heartbroken and very disappointing in avbob I've put a claim since the the 8th of November in the Watergate branch. I gave all the documents required after 2 weeks they declined my claim saying they need a post Morten. We went to the morgue to ask for one they said they don't need give it out now as the case is still under investigation. The doctor gave us the letter stating they still busy with the post Morten.
Yhooo it feels I'm gonna die, the stress Capitec is giving me I can't handle it. I've put the funeral Claim on the 8th of November to bury my brother. I've submitted everything at the branch and the consultanted said everything is fine. Yesterday I mad a follow up since they quite, today also and they lady explained to its still under as*****t problably by tomorrow midday if not paid I must call back. Now I see a missed call and I revert back to them. On the message they said I must send in a full description of the death but on the police it's said he does at hospital. Oh God these people they don't know I need this money to start preparing tomorrow it's Wednesday and nothing is paid yet. But why capitec when the police report states he died at hospital 😭😭. Even now I just on a call with Phumeza a from claims she is telling me the police report is not clear its written long illness I must go back to the police station and ask the detective to write another police report. Why are they playing wit our feelings when I never skipped the premiums.

I'll never forget this buy, was involved in a bus accident when one of their drivers asked this his new friend to drive us of cape town to Joburg. In lainsburg the bus had an accident we got hurt to the extent even now I'm attending the****** and doctor's. They never even bothered calling us nor checking how we are up until now. I've paid to go to private doctors, paid for my X rays since December I've been attending doctors I have all the proof. I. Want the company to pay for all my medical bills I've paid to the extent I have a bill to settle even now at lainsburg hospital they must pay it it's more than 4k
I had a bad experience sarturday when I asked one of the consultant to assist me with the size. She was rude and asked me don't I know my size and she walked away. I questioned her is it because I'm wearing like this, I can not help it it's my ancestral calling. I walked up to her and asked for her name she turned around and took of her tag and slap me with it. I asked for the manager a short lady come they called Karin the consultant who was rude she was rude again in front of me starting to speak in Afrikaans. The other lady told me the new manager will be in Monday. I ask please for the new manager to call me even while I was in the line to pay the other 2 ladies same thing Karin was rude with them
