I made a booking with them and when I call the owner of the house, they telling me they don’t work with bookings.com when I call bookings.com they taking me from pillar to post making me speak with robots useless I tell you they can’t help with nothing won’t recommend them. They must just give me my money and we good useless service poor poor
To anyone planing on giving birth at Raslouw Hospital do not accept these people do any test on your child very unprofessional they go around doing test without authorisation from medical aids now they busy calling me every week asking for the money. I did not ask for a test to be done on my child they failing to find the doctor who said they should go do the test. That’s really unprofessional I refuse to pay for a test I didn’t ask for. You can’t go around performing test on babies without having a written authorisation poor service really.
I gave birth in April and their nurse came and did hearing aid test on my baby without having a written authorisation by the doctor, now they want me to pay for the test because medical aid is refusing to pay it wants motivation letter why two test where done.very unprofessional of them to go around in a hospital doing tests on babies without authorisation. I’m now being threatened that I’m gonna be handed over to lawyers that’s really unprofessional of them to do such.
I have been waiting for defy to come exchange a fridge I bought from Makro both Makro and defy useless. A technician came and assessed the fridge found that they sold me a burnt fridge.now no communication nothing they taking me from pillar to post. Can I have my money back or a new fridge. It’s been a month of me getting this horrible service. The fact that they sold me a burnt unit it’s disgusting.
I purchased a fridge from Makro for my mum the fridge is not working, I reported it that is not working within 7 days according to their return policy till today they haven’t come to collect the fridge, instead they telling me they will send a technician its been 3 weeks waiting for them to come collect or to come fix it. I don’t understand why is a new fridge being fixed of which they should take their ****ed up fridge and give me a new one. @Defy and Makro I’m greatly disappointed this is the worst service.
I bought a fridge for my mother, when it arrived it didn’t work it’s not cooling or even freezing. Makro and Defy I’m really disappointed , I reported it they haven’t collected it. Online it says collection is Monday it’s Thursday today we still waiting for the collection..mxm
I have an insurance with dis-chem health yesterday I called them asking for assistance for my grand mother I waited 3hrs for an ambulance which never came I had to make other arrangements. When I ask for hospital authorisation they telling me the sickness that my grandmother has is not covered. I’m not a doctor number one so I don’t really know what she’s suffering from the information I gave them is the symptoms I see and what she tells me.then they tell me they don’t cover her from what I say. That’s ******* honestly when they take my money every month is fine but when I need to use their services this is what they give their customers, ****ty insurance useless at its best
We have been paying for this club for 8yrs tonight we called them to assist us with unlocking the door, they telling us they can’t assist because the address is not updated. It’s not the 1st time they come to the new house but now they telling us *** that they can’t assist. I don’t recommend this club at all such a horrible service after so many years with them. I’m disappointed
I have a wifi contract with them, we have been having connections problem so they decided to send out a technician to come check out what’s wrong. They have been rebooting and nothing seems to work. When the technician arrived they found that the tech who did the installation did a ****ty job one of the cables was short making loose connection hence the weak signal and no connection. The put in a new cable then all was working , now they charging us for a call out fee while the problem was with their installation why. They are ****** and also they don’t take black customers serious they only respond to the white customers quick. Mxm
My mother has subscription with them ,they decided to upgrade her subscription without her concern and also add life insurance all kind of insurance without talking to her DSTV doesn’t have any content she only have subscription becoz of 157 why would she want to upgrade? We want the money back, I have heard people saying is a ***** this thing now I believe them.. they been taking us from pillar to post talking they want to listen to recording which are not there. ****mers
