I had a serious issue with my insurer and was not receiving and assistance after many calls back and forth until i spoke to a lovely gentleman Peter walker. He took the time to listen to me and had a willingness to help resulting a complete resolve of the case. Thank you Peter for your assistance and makjng me comfortable , calm and hopeful that there is a solution. Well done to this awesome human being.
well this review is to hellopeter . its a fantastic way to get your point across and getting a result .... on many occasions i have posted on this media site and one particular time was when game stores messed up with an order. within no time i received a call from them and my items was delivered .....thank you hellopeter for this platform where we can air our views on service ......
wow really poor government service from pharmacy. They open at 7am but staff walk in afterwards with no urgency. Then take there time with no proper system. how pathetic that one sits from 6:30 i to have a job to get to that i appreciate n want to be on time. please be considerate of others n do ur job you actually still get paid for. if not reconsider ur job if u feel servicing others is a pain.
I am a very unhappy client..... i entered Harris today to have watch batteries replaced at Tokai branch. I have used this store before but after today i will no longer be going back as i took in a perfectly good watch n left with a watch with numbers that have come off n was told it could be fixed at a cost but why should i be fixing it when i handed a perfect watch in. The assistant wasn't even apologetic at all. I am furious ?
I had an accident in August with my car and did my claim through Pheonix. The service i received was terrible as im constantly having to do follow ups cause no one gets back to me on anything. I am now waiting for the recovery department also no feedback. I then contacted them once again and spoke to a manager who said she would help n include me in emails which still today have not received. The service i received from this company is so bad i wont recommend anyone to take up insurance with this place..... Thought that this would be a hassle free process but it has been a nightmare. And through all the trouble i had you still get your premium on time with no hassle so why can i not get a hassle free service.
3 weeks a called to get advice on noise disturbance i was helped by a very helpful young lady that said i would by contacted. I was never contacted and made another call this past sunday also helped by a very helpful person who said that she would log the call and told me the person dealing with the matter will contact me. To this very day i have heard nothing. I am going to be moving to another legal company and cancel my subscription to scorpion legal.
service at checkers blue route sucks. i was there today where i purchased a few items and went to the express tellers where i was not greeted and to top it all off ended up packing my own items while the cashier absolutely ignored me. checkers please train your staff you have certainly lost my support today i will not be using this branch any longer even though its convenient. i will rather drive for service.
i live at communicare musgrave park where the management are lazy and dont take the time to do there job....... today i sure people sitting drinking as if i have had a bad dream..... gosh disgusting no respect for residence this place which was a beautiful quiet peaceful place is now turning into a slum. noise pollution beyond controll where we all signed contracts with rules..... they take your money for sure to pay lazy management and nothing gets done...... disgusting can you actually sleep at night
I am having a bad experience with game kc ..... I recently prepaid for a chest freezer n was given a date to when stock would be available. Since the given date i have heard nothing . I have contacted this store since Tuesday with no success of a any feedback as to what is happening on the delivery .......this is so disheartening as i bought something before with good service but after this game will not be seeing me again. I just want my freezer that I paid for . The worst is feeling as if they doing me a favour after taking my money i mean no apology no sympathy for the inconvenience they causing absolutely nothing.This has really put a huge red mark next to game ..........
