Since I moved into my new house I have had nothing but issues with Webafrica, They have the worst customer service I've ever come across never any agents available never any information available when there is an outage and a little rain, and your internet is absolutely useless. I have had countless times of contact with them complaining about my net just switching off randomly and this is never resolved no one cares no one tries to do anything. 1st red flag should have been the day of installation when Metro came and installed a 2nd hand NONWORKING ONT. Save yourself money don't use Metro / Webafrica unless you absolutely want the WORST possible internet and service combo.
Absolute biggest mistake and waste of money you will EVER make, Paying extra for chronic medication and them STILL not paying for it for a 3 year old. RE-scripting prescriptions given by their own network doctors and not willing to show you the formulary of what medications they do cover... They will almost never cover anything their network doctors prescribe, and you will end up paying for all the medication anyway while they cover the R350 fee for the doctors' net only. absolute waste of time and money. Basically, saying they cover the same ******* medication the clinics give you for free at a cost or over 2k pm. don't waste your time or money its just not worth it. And canceling is worse then child birth too.
Great service from them, waited a bit as per the information on the website about ordering catalog items. Recieved my items and they are great no complaints whatsoever. The communication from them was on par as well.
If I could give lower then 1 star I would! I have been trying to cancel my service for 3 months now... Now my bills keep increasing and they are blatantly ignoring my cancelation requests. Constantly having to take time out of my busy day to call them and be on hold for ages! I was also told that the packet loss in my area (with loss before their point) was not their fault I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE SIGNING UP WITH SUPERSONIC AS AN ISP!!!
Great service, excellent timely delivery. Felt as if the owner was truly involved and appreciative of my order. Highly recommend them and will definitely order with them again in future. Can't wait to give my dad his Gremlin bell.
Ordered drive through at Farrarmere branch not only did it take about half hour in the queue when we got home ALL the chips were limp and stale from the sharebox to the 2 kiddies meals. We ended up throwing the lot out to the dogs absolutely disgusted there is a serious expectation for McDonald's chips and the **** we got served tonight was worse than the corner cafe's 5 day old oil chips. Won't be going to that branch anytime soon again.
Horrible service and horrible connection, we've had less then 2mb down and less then half a mb up since Monday, I've called numerous times to find out what's going on all I've been told is there is a problem in my area. Now 4 days later and it's just getting worse I've never come across a company with such a huge turn around time on faults. This is outrageous especially considering some companies are still working from home I'm highly dissatisfied with this service and will definitely be moving to a more established company.
Found a piece of blue paper in my 2 year old son's chicken finger... I am sorry the sorries are to follow but sorry wouldn't be enough had he choked..... Absolutely disgusting
