Most useless company ever, false billing, very poor customer service and very expensive service. Not reliable. It's a ****
The worst experience ever, ever since they came to Casa Mia Complex, it's a disaster more like a ****. Billed for not using electricity, an average of R162 per day for using nothing and unexplained arrears. I would urge anyone never ever to think of using them. You will definitely spend an arm and a leg. Not less than R5000 per month. It's like a flight-by-night company. Very aggressive unprofessional. They bridge our meter box, you pay them, no units are allocated. I suspect they might be working with someone to allow them to do it.
This afternoon the 24th of April 2024, my daughter got a ride on VW POLO VIVO, driver's name is Thabo Lucas Ramadi. The trip was R104 but after dropping of the child, the driver didn't end the trip and it continued charging of R37. Because I share the trip and monitor it, I noticed the that the vehicle was on the same spot for a long time, I called my daughter to check if she was okay only to be told that she is already home. That is day light *******. Are we safe? the other competitor is the best and safest. Bolt system is the worst and no customer support whatsoever. They don't care about customers. I would urge clients to use the other company,
Not helpful company, tried several times to have my listing sorted to no avail. It's like dealing with a machine. They never solve issues. Good at closing tickets which are not resolved. Since I paid off everything, still shows owing. They must close the company since they are not serving there purpose but ****ming other companies. I will continue writing reviews until they either close their company or start responding and resolving clients issues.
They are the most useless company ever. They don't respond to emails, half of the time they send you from post to pillar with no solution in sight. I send them a paid up letter so that my name can be removed from credit bureaus they still left a bit of money to show that I still owe. very *********** I don't know why other companies use them.
Worst nightmare ever, would not recommend anyone to use them, they are scammers. A lot of hidden costs, still trying to sort out my billing issues after being promised by there manager in accounts, no change at all and they have the guts to send me an SMS to rate them. I am being a package I didn't sign for, and their fake proms. It's a scam. Just a way to get customer. I am ****ed with them. Don't even think of using them. Try elsewhere. I even promised them that I will make my mission to make sure most people know about their bad service.
Pathetic service, one moment they are doing okay next they are failing. I am really disappointed with their level of service recently. I have been with them for a long time. Now I am really thinking of using another service provider.
Yesterday on the 21st of January, I got data for R99, monthly combo 2GB plus 60 minutes. After recharging it, to my surprise I got 1.2GB and 60 minutes. I wonder where my 800MB went. I have been studying these MTN promos, they are fake or there is always a catch. It's better to charge me R99 for 1.2GB than sweeten the deal by convincing me that I am getting a 2GB where as in actual sense 800MB is being stolen from me. It is not good business practice for such a big company. I have proof to show. I am just disappointed with MTN, I never use their promo stuff, it is a waste of time, there is always a catch. I have never won anything even after being a loyal customer for such a long time. They should be clear with there promos.
Last time about a month ago, I had challenges with Rain internet services. Their 4G, #WIN, was not working properly. It always kept freeing. Extremely frustrating, I tried getting in touch with Rain customers services but couldn't find their contact details, their app in not user-friendly until I decided to post my complaint and frustration on Hello Peter only did I get a response. Someone called me and was offered an upgrade of 5G with a new router. So far, it is working better than before, and I have their contact details, thank you.
The most useless service provider. You can't speak to anyone. My internet since 2 months ago..works one minute and the next it's off..The app is not user friendly. Tried to optimize signal nothing. Lodged in a complaint still waiting for computers to get back to me. I doubt if they have humans there. What a waste of money and time. Rapidnet and Afrihost are far much better. There you can speak to someone and issues are resolved quickly. My advice try other service providers.
