I bought a Samsung galaxy A03 last week Thursday the 5th of Jan and I was given the option for airtime and data and I was told all the benefits will be available in 24 hours. On Satwrday I went back then I was told is actually 48 hours. To date the phone is still off and not even the number was sent. I called until I ask them to cancel the contract for airtime but I was told I cannot cancel. I will appreciate if I can be assisted
Outsurance.. Scammed me.. I got robbed i was held at gun point.. I mean this is unfortunate and amateurish.. I have a case number nd now they are they cant replace my other assets and they holding onto saying that they are going to listen to the call recordings.. And im paying alot of money all they can say is that my things are not covered, so they have been listening to voice recordings from day before yesterday.. This is unfair is it because I am black... Watch out for this insurance it is scamming us blacks... By giving out lousy excuses.. They must compensate me for my assets cause im paying alot money
Telkom is so unprofessional and cant keep their end of the deal.. Lately theyve been conducting business on a poor level of excellence.. There's no communication or whatsoever.. And they expect us to pay.. My order was approved but haven't received it.. Nd month end is near so i would like to know when will my order be delivered
I would really love to congratulate telkom on their amateurish service.. On how we as black people are treated... I thought that money is money, but it seems like i was incredibly wrong i recently ordered online and everything was approved, my other friend took the same deal.. And stays around but his package was delivered 2days ago meanwhile im still waiting for my order so I would like to know if i should cancel the order or will Telkom atleast inform us.. Cause we not physics or can't smell when are they coming to bring it... This poor business ethics or an very disingenuous level.. I mean payments must be made by time.. One of the fnb consultants scammed me and i did complain but it seems like they.. Talking time i will give this issue to one of my citizens new paper writers to publish this.. They think im a fool ive been getting fishie calls saying that its fnb meanwhile they calling me from the branch.. I will not rest until Katty and Victoria are no longer there... Umgozi is definitely going to get this.. Leak.....
I was scammed hard.. By fnb yoh yoh yoh.. One of the consultants was very rude when i approached her, regarding this issue.. This is very disingenuous Im held against my belief system.. She is denying wen i approached her.. She told me that im threatening her.. Mean while she's at fault even other consultants ganged up on me and my brother, cause i recently went to the bank to ammend things, so im even thinking of changing my bank to absa, im being treated with racism and each and every time i complain about it. They come with stories even the branch manager is aware of this scandalicious activity, so pls kindly address me with this matter i can't take it any more im being exploited, by fnb pls check katty nhlane for any fraudulent activity, in fact do inspections on banks, even Victoria leshaba the branch manager is aware
Ive recently noticed fraudulent activity under my takealot account... I bought 8 items but 1 item was canceled without my consent... That is very disingenuous i regard it as fraud.. Cause even the total amount charged was altered so that's when i noticed something is off... So i should be compensated with that one item for free... Since there is no justification for such actions... So pls assist

Mpho nedekhuwe from kolonade capitec.. Or whoever her surname.. Was extremely racist. Towards me. Is it because im black im even thinking of changing my bank to absa.. Cause im terribly hurt and depressed no one deserves that treatment as a client.
