Even the 1star rating is to much for assupol. I have never experienced such bad, disappointing and disgusting service anywhere before. Claims is non existent. I hope that one day when I need to claim for a funeral, they have the capability to deliver. I cannot cancel my policy, have been paying it since 2010. I would be the looser here, but I still am a loser. I haven't received feedback from claims and complaints since 14 October. Client service blames claims, complaints claims claims, claims is as mute as a donkey. Their service is non existent! Don't ever take a policy with Assupol. Use a provider that has experience and experienced staff. Incapable much!
I had an accident and called you My Claims Validator was Lucia Pijoos I don’t have the right words to express. Lucia was absolutely amazing. She empathised with me, gave me the assurance that she was there to help and resolve my situation. She asked whether I needed trauma counselling and the one thing that stood out, She Kept Her Word! Lucia is a huge Asset to the Pineapple family. Lucia, Thank you doesn’t seem to be the right words, Amazingly grateful for everything you did for me and my daughter ❤️
I have been renting from Landstar properties from Nov 23 to Nov 24. Paid my rent when it was due timeously. Now my deposit is due. I should have received it 14 days after I vacated the property, I’m still waiting. Was referred to the property manager, and she has been so rude and disrespectful that I have no words. Escalated to the director, Mike, he is ignoring me. He is yet to respond.
I app**** for a Fevertree account and got approved in a day. I tried buying, but battled to get the Fevetree option. Called the helpdesk and was assisted by Yondela. Yondela gal, thank you. Your patience, you understanding my position and waited until I eas satisfied. Its more than appreciated! Please contunue to do what you do. You took a burden from me. Your service is personal. 1st - I received a bargain on my insurance premium, I was able to add my 2nd car and its still cheap 2nd - Everything was done via the App😍. No long phone calls 3rd - they respond on your requests timeously to a point where its irritating. Excellent service received! Will definitely recommend them to my friends! Kyle also gave me amazing service. What a Wow👌🏼
I have had the most professional service from Hannes Gouws and his team. From Ruzaan, to Tanya to Mr Hannes Gouws himself. I keep telling everyone how amazing they were during the hardest part of my life. They supported me, encouraged me and helped guide me. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for everything!
I have a funeral plan with Std Bank. Been paying it since 2010. June 2021 my brother passed away. The service was so bad, we had to push out his funeral by 2 days. Dec 2023, my helper passed away, low and behold😐 Guess what, we had to push her funeral out by 2 days as well. It's 2024, guess what, I have submitted a claim for my sister in law. I was told that when I submit the forms, I must then call the call center to confirm if my documents has been received and are in order. Question, Why do are we requested to submit and ask the call centre to check, is no one checking it? I followed up, spending morw than R120 in airtime and was told that the assessor said that she is within her SLA and I must wait. So guess what, it's another funeral delay. Std Bank has done it again!!!! Three out of three. No remorse, we dealing with death, and she is within her SLA. Lethabo Khororo refused to provide her team leaders details or even transfer me to the team leader as the team leader does not accept calls. Too busy to deal with us! Heartbreaking!!!
I I had the worst experience with Standard Bank funeral insurance. 6 days later and still awaiting the payout. My Helper needs to be repatriated, and we are waiting. They have absolutely no remorse for what we are going through. At all. After paying the policy for over 10 years!
I have an RCP with Standard bank. I've been battling for 4months to get my debit order amount corrected. I went to West Gate branch once during the week, and was blatantly ignored. The staff member came out the branch while I'm in the que outside, gave 3people ahead of me a notice that that person was the last person that she was going to see. Ignoring the rest of us in the que and just left. I went to the branch again on Saturday 18 July. Stood in the que from 8:45am. I am now desperate to get this thing sorted, only for a guy Mr Lootz to come at 10:30 saying that he is a staff member and has an emergency to be given preference over me. He didn't even have the decency to que, because he is a staff member he gets preference! And us, normal people? We must que as we are considered to be Nothing!
