After having a terrible experience with a mechanic who ripped me off for R20k and stole my new battery, Melvyn contacted me and offered to assist, Car picked up 10 January 2024 and drove onto their flatbed. My Grand Jeep Cherokee was finally going to be sorted. By September and after numerous visits to check on the progress, I was told that all the wiring, and the engine had been sorted. In November Melvyn said he was waiting for one electronic component from the USA. I was told it was in the workshop two weeks ago and should not take long to be ready. I am so disappointed with not having my vehicle for so long. No communication on the progress and I am calling almost every day to get an update. The new manager Greg is unable to get answers from Melvyn as to why my vehicle is not completed yet. Their business is booming, and my vehicle is sitting in their graveyard. I need my vehicle repaired and returned to me asap. Ridiculous situation. Wendy Knowler has been contacted to assist. Let's hope that this review helps my situation.
Disgusted at the Samsung policy of manufacturing products to just last for the "warranty period". We had a robbery and replaced our TV Dec 2019. A traumatic episode. Now the R10k plus TV has a screen backlight issue. 3 months after warranty expired. Samsung repair R3800, with no assistance or compassion, especially for pensioners. Reading the reviews about Samsung authorised repair dealers, I am definitely not going to get my TV repaired through them.
After reading rave reviews and fibre opening up in our area, we decided to go with Cool Ideas. They offered free installation. Then we received a mail asking us to pay R1700 odd for installation? We cancelled immediately and they have now not responded to mails asking for an immediate refund. Disappointing.
I loaded Lockdownbozza at the start of our lockdown. Recently I noticed that they were selling consumables and placed an order. A week later I sent an e-mail and did not get a response. Today when I called the number on their website it seems that it does not belong to them. So aggravating.
1st time user of this service and pleasantly surprised. Receive all items and on time. I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much.
Disappointing service from Helpline and Client Service reference 37098910. An 80-year-old client who put her pin in wrong 3x and card blocked was told to come into a branch to reset. She orders her medicine and groceries for delivery. When told not possible as she could not walk well and the danger of virus, was told by various consultants that this was the only way but they would get a supervisor to call. No call received and when she checked online the card was reset after 24 hours. Still no feedback from anyone at Nedbank.
Being a first time user of the service and having read a few reviews, I was nervous. After my two Sweep Stars left I was so relieved. They were professional and cleaned my home really well. I would recommend the company to anyone who requires help with managing all the horrible cleaning that needs to be done especially during the holidays when we need to rest and recover :) thank you so much Precious and Musa
