We had a delivery from courier it. We had a power failure. The driver refused to accept a scan copy of our bank statement with our address he wanted the total thing with my finances. Hell no. He refused to give us our delivery. We then phoned Telkom who told us he should have accepted the paperwork we gave him. Then we phoned Courier It company and was helped by a very unprofessional lady who refused to give us her name. BAD BAD SERVICE
We got our rescue Jax from woodrock. They are professional, friendly and most of all they have the animals well being at heart. Woodrock will always have a special place in our life. Jax fitted straight into our fur baby family. Thank you all for the dedication and big hearts for all the unwanted and neglected babies you save.
For quality and professional service this is where you go. We have dealt with Taryn and her team for years. The quality of the clothing is absolutely amazing. I would recommend substitch to anyone. Thank you Taryn for the amazing clothing
I have previously reviewed this business and it was a good review. I however cannot honestly say my last experience was good. The bathroom was tacky, the floors were not clean. The table cloth was dirty The service was pathetic. When the food came (with hand prints on the plate) the food was shocking. We left it got up paid the bill and left. With this pandemic being so rampant one would think that owners of restaurants would be on their toes. Very disappointing. Sorry we will not be back
We were told that discovery medical aid was sending us an oxygen meter. The driver contact us to say he was in brakpan we then told him we live in eastvale. He tells my husband he doesn't deliver in that area. My husband went on the link and tracked him he was literally 200m up the road we phoned him to tell him and guess what he doesn't answer. Dischem your lack of service is atrocious and non existant
It's never nice when you are involved in an accident but the above company took the sting out of the experience. Paula was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she bent over backwards to assist us. The work they did on our car was brilliant. You can with an open mind send your car to them. Paula thank you
We have been waiting since December for payment. Still nothing. We have phoned numerous times and still nothing. NO SERVICE
We have been waiting since December still nothing it keeps rejecting at the paymaster. They said first 35 days then 7 days then rejected. We are sick and tired. Surely someone must take responsibility
After waiting in the queue to get my husband's banking changed onto his new phone. I must add this was the second attempt first attempt unsuccessful. The person who helped him said its all sorted so you can delete it from your old phone. We did. Guess what all the beneficiaries are gone. His credit card history gone. Bad service absa
We went to spur at retail park in east London for a meal the food and service was fine. We paid the bill with a debit card and it was taken off my daughter's account twice. We went and queried it and was given the run around. To date we have had no joy whatsoever. Spur shocking. Kindly refund our money
