On 4 August '25 I received email confirmation from Vantage that they had received my paid up letters and will take all the necessary action to get the letters from the banks and clear my name. Now, on 15 Dec I call and they I am suspended on their account and will not help any 'customer' that is suspended. I called and the call centre agent says the email was indeed sent but that the person that sent it was incorrect in saying that. So after waiting 4 months I now need to go figure out how to do everyting myself, even after paying them for all these years. Once you pay up they will leave to to hang. Even after confirming it was THEIR MISTAKE they still say touch luck, you are suspended and need to go do it all yourself. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
8 months later and NOTHING! I get ignored for weeks and months on end and communication from SM architectural & Town Planning Services is completely non-existent. I suggest you report SM Teken to the SACAP, like I have, as this should not be allowed by a licensed professional practitioner. I had to mostly do my own plans/drawings. SM Teken just put screenshots from my drawings into the plans. I need to phone council for my own updates. I need to phone SM Teken to tell them that council has been waiting for feedback for weeks with no response. SM Teken just ignores you. It's shocking. My tinyhouse is only 28sqm! 8 months and R18k later and I have nothing to show for it. Demanding the full payment prior to plans being approved should have been a warning sign. I was also told that my tinyhouse will be labelled as cold storage and I can live in it so they don't have do to insulation calculations!!! It was also incorrectly laid out as 4.8m X 6m when it should be 6m X 4.8m and I was told I can build it however I want once the place are approved. Crazy! DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT pay a cent to them until you have your plans approved if you want to use them. Better yet, stay away and find someone else.
Without warning Vodacom decided to place restrictions on a few websites I use every day for my remote job. Now I need to fill out forms for them to review the restriction lift. That's 2-3 days of me not being able to do my job! Please, if you are a remote worker DO NOT go with Vodacom. They manage your internet service for you and do as they please, so if you spend too much time on certain websites (because it's your job) they will just restrict access to them and not even warn you or tell you. BE WARNED!!!
DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT buy from their online store!!!! My order was shipped on 28 Nov and it's 9 Dec and no one at this place can tell me where my order is, when it will be delivered, or if it will even be delivered! It's absolutely shocking how clueless they are... They have taken my money and not delivered without any insights into even delivering and I am at the point of approaching the police to open a case of theft. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION, OR INCREDIBLE AS THEY NOW CALL THEMSELVES. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!!!
Absolutely useless and incompetent bunch. Their website doesn't work. They cannot send a statement. They never reply to emails or SMS's. They cannot tell me how much is owed. Absolute imbeciles.

Dermavix is an outright scam and will take as much money as possible from you without delivering a single product with no option to cancel.
