I was called about a month ago to add a package to my existing contract which provides data of 30 gig a month and was told its an extra R11. I agreed and added it as i thought its value for money, then when the day comes i must get my benefits my minutes and everything is gone, called mtn and the consultant said its the 3rd party and they cannot help i must call them to sort this out. WAIT!!!!!!!! Firstly why must i call a 3rd party company whereas i pay mtn, thy must take it up with them. Secondly my bill comes and its now not a extra R11 added its close to R190 extra from what i used to pay. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT MTN!!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed
I Regret the day i choose to service my vehicle at Kyalami. I called them about a week ago and ask to bring in my car for service, the lady i spoke to said that they will arrange to call me back. No one called me, i then decided to message the sales person who helped me and he arranged within an hour for me to be called back. Then the lady said they will drop us off in Rabie Ridge, when we get to Suzuki Kyalami. 2 hours went by to be picked up and then they told my partner that they will not drop him off in Rabie Ridge as agreed, i called them and spoke to the Manager and he said he will see what he could do. He called me back and said due to policy they cannot drop my partner in Rabie ridge as agreed. My thing is they not willing to drop us off where they agreed. The manager was rude and arrogant and i asked if they can uber him back home as they cannot drop him off in boulders as that was not agreed on and he said my partner can wait for the car to be serviced then drive back home. How in human cause if they told me of the policy we were going to make alternative arrangements to get him home. The service really sucks from Reception straight till Management mxm. The fact that they want to give us solutions that does not suit our needs is what makes it worse and act like i am unreasonable.
Astin Moses was such a lovely person to speak to. She took me through the details and even repeated herself as i couldn’t understand properly but she had patience with me. I am a first time dog owner and made life easier for me.
I am struggling to get my contract cancelled. I don't have a cell c sim and gets charged for calling. A very rude consultant called me by the name of Letlhogomolo Mautwhna and when i asked her to put me through to retentions department. She gave me an attitude and told me that it is not possible, i asked for the team leader she told me they are on lunch. She was not willing to even go the extra mile for me. when i asked her to get someone to call me she is telling me that she can't do it and i must either call or go into the branch. CAN I PLEASE GET MY THINGS CANCELLED - I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH CELL C!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN CALL ME ON 071 961 4050.
I am writing this on behalf of my sister. She called retentions department in March for her contract to be cancelled. She called from 074 582 6892 and confirmation was given that it is cancelled. They informed her that April will be her last deduction, May they deducted again and when she called she was informed that no one cancelled it and now she's only told again that it will only be cancelled end of june which means June she must pay again. The second cancellation was called from this number: 084 245 2273. She requested cancellation a long time ago. Her contact details is 0842452273
This company has given me the worse service ever. I took out wifi end of July and it did not work and was deducted pro rata and was told i will be credited back, till date no credit has been made. For the month of August i was off for 8 days and yet today they deduct the full months fee of R499. i HAVE SPOKE TO SO MANY CONSULTANTS THAT ARE SO RUDE TOWARDS ME!!!!!!!!!! EXACT WORDS FROM THE LAST CONSULTANT TUMELO '' THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO''

WORSE SERVICE EVER. I HAD A SIM CONTRACT OF R99 AND ALL THE SUDDEN THEY CHARGE ME SUBSCRIPTION FEE OF OVER R200 WHEN I ASK THEM TO CALL ME BACK AS I WANT TO CANCEL THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK AND KEPT CHARGING ME HIGH AMOUNTS NOW I OWE R700 FOR DATA I NEVER RECIEVED FROM DECEMEBER!!!!!!! I AM NOT PAYING FOR SERVICE AN FEES I NEVER AGREED TO PLEASE FIX THIS.
I am writing on behalf of my sister, she took out price lock and they came to install it. The installer received an error while trying to activate it, we then called the call center and they said thy r offline and someone would call my sister back.... Nothing happened, Saturday we spent the whole day on the phone and they kept saying the same thing that it's escalated. I spoke to Zolani which was very never minded even played music while speaking to me said after 3 hours the decoder will be on still to date nothing!!! Please rectify this
USELESS!!!!!!!!! I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAINT A WHILE BACK AND STILL NO SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I PAID FOR DATA I NEVER RECIEVED!!!!!!!!
