I am very disppointed in woolies i have been with woolworths for 8years and never got an increase even when i do a limit increase on my app it denies it. Why? I never had a problem paying my account i never paid it late so why do they deny a limit increase on my account? I tik off for a automatic limit increase but never get it i would like to know why
Im very disappoint at Nedbank Lichtenburg enquires ladies thats working there one is a young lady with blond hair and the other one is a young black lady they like laying to face each time i do an enquiry with them and its starting to annoy me. First time the young white lady said there was something wrong with my card and she needs to recode that why i couldnt withdraw money outside but when i went to Mario after the 3d time he said there was nothing wrong with my card or my account its the atm that doesnt have any money and today i went to the young black lady to do an enquiry about my greenbacks card and i told her i tried to swipe it at spar and it didnt go through but on that same day my fahter swiped his shop card at spar and his went through and she couldnt give me a straight storie and she lied in the process please look into it. Its been over 2months that i have cashbacks on my clicks card and each time i buy at clicks at the samlam centre i cant use it because each time they tell me they have to update the software and the system. Come on guys it guys it doesnt take over 2 monts to do that it takes 2 days. Please look into it.
Im very very disappointed in rcs. Under their shops they have spar and spur. So i went to spur today and when it was time for me to pay my bill i swiped my nwj card and it didnt go through so i had to pay the bill cash when i phoned headoffice they said not one of the spur's takes the rcs cards. Even with spar. How can you put stores on but the customer cant use it at that store? Its an embarrasment to the customer becuase it believed in the misleading. Im very disappointed.
Avon delivery sevices has been awesome this passed year. Always fast instead of 4 working days for delivery its been 2 working days each time i place a order keep up the good work with the delivery guys
Im very disappointed in Woolworths. The passed 5 years i do i credit limit increase and each time it gets decline even if i send through the docoments it still gets decline i even applied for a woolies credit card over the years and every time it gets decline.
Im very disappointed in Game . I made a payment on the 29/01/2018 my payment method was EFT and its been nearly 2 weeks and the payment is still not reflecting. Seriously how long can it take to see the payment on someone's account via EFT?

This is the 3d time i send headoffice regarding my limit increase on my rage account and each time its the same excuse i been with rage as a custermor for 5 years and only had 1 increase on it. Im very unhappy with rage customer service and account service.
Every time i want to change my address on my rcs,nwj or game account they have a different excuse of changing my address or cellphone number. Either my security questions i answered are incorrect or its blocked they cant change ot or i must send in documents to change in order to change it. Why cant it be changed ? Why make it difficult? I didnt any problems changing my details with my other accounts why must these 3 be so different?
