Do not place any orders with this isp, struggled to get fibre to the home for the whole of December, the special was a fraud, canceled and opted for fixed lte instead, it's been a constant struggle to speak to a consultant and when I do, they leave you hanging. Dale J with reference 4182924 left me hanging and also Asazakhe N with reference 4195677 will never assist you. Ontop of that, webafrica has the nerve to attempt to bill my account for the second time in one month when the first month of activation is free, I only needed to pay for the delivery which I did, it's a total scam honestly and what makes it worse is that you can't call in to speak to someone, it's only always over whatspp, TOTAL SCAM I TELL YOU!!!!
Never ever ever for the life of you send your car to a renew it branch in bedfordview, NEVER! Service is bad, half the time they dont know what they are doing and please have a spare car, how do you take 2 months to fix a headlight, bonnet, fender and windscreen, I'm not a panel beater but you only need to order those things, paint them and fit to the car, a process that takes a whole branch 2 Months to do. HEED MY WARNING, DO NOT GO THE EVEN IF INSURANCE RECOMMENDS IT!!!
Asked for a statement, from June to December, all salary dates are correct and appear in the correct sequence except for Aug and Sept. I call back again for a good 20 minutes trying to explain to the agent but he was adamant that i should go to a branch at 16:50 to get a stamp, which i wont obviously get meaning i must skip work tomorrow to go to a branch for a stamp when in actual fact i need the statement NOW!!!!! On top of that, the R150 charge fee for an unpaid item when i specifically told them to cancel the debit orders, as a result, im always starting off my month with a minus balance, which is why i have switched banks as i was constantly loosing money with this bank.
As a company, you cant have rude people like JUSTIN BATES working for you, he is very rude, very unprofessional and very lazy. After applying with 3 agencies, my applications where approved but because Justin Bates could not bother to get off his FAT **** to help a customer, he assumes that my application has been declined, this guy is really putting the company in a bad light, i hope you realize that most customers who commented on the sight are about him......
Upon placing an order with the company on the 23rd of December in the morning, i was told in the afternoon that what i was looking for, was not available, i would help if they said that the item was not in stock before i placed an order. Immediately after i was told that the item was not available, i asked for a refund which i got a reply on the next day as they asked for my account details. On Wednesday, at 10:19 am, i spoke to someone named Matthew with a funny-ish accent who said that they will refund my money by close of business Friday. When Friday the 28th came, nothing was done in terms of the refund but instead, Money went from my account into theirs, their ordering system is flawed and scammers will see that soon enough. Now i would like my money back please for order number #30716, so you know who wrote the review, i would like my refund again.......
