Be very careful of checkers they are double charging customers and trying to blame the banks , I have reported them to the ombudsman and I am going to open a case of theft at the police station because they are obviously *****ing from hundreds of customers
My delivery was supposed to come today but then I got an email telling me that I wasn't at home , I was at home the entire day, I have got cameras that face my driveway that shows that nobody came to my house today , now I have to waste another day waiting for my delivery , it's absolutely disgusting customer service to accuse you customers of lying
The pick n pay in mall of Africa sold me rotten chicken and when I took it back the manager ( the rudest person I have ever met) told me that they weren't going to replace the chicken and that it's my fault for buying rotten chicken from pick n pay , the fact that you are willingly selling rotten chicken to customers shows that you are intentionally trying to make your customers sick , I have reported you'll to the national consumer commission , let's hope customers will stop buying from pick n pay as they can get sick from the food pick n pay sells , checkers is in the same mall rather buy from them
I have been waiting for 2 days for them to send someone to come and see my fibre connection which isn't working it's absolutely ridiculous, but it shouldn't be a surprise as openserve is a division of Telkom which is a state owned enterprise ( which means they steal taxpayers money) so obviously they got lazy and incompetent staff , it's so annoying
It's been 2 days since my fibre hasn't been working everytime I phone MWEB they say they have red flagged my call to openserve ( which I don't think is a thing) MWEB obviously doesn't care about my internet even though I am Paying for it every month , so I am paying for something they aren't providing , I'll most probably get an automated response from them telling me how sorry they are , this is terrible service and once my contract is up I'll be moving to afrihost , once a company gets too big they don't care about customer service
Do not get the Hisense h50 , after a few days of having this phone it started giving me problems, firstly it wouldn't charge properly , I took it back to them they then replaced the motherboard ( this is after a week of having the phone ) now the fingerprint sensor doesn't want to work I tried everything and it still doesn't work , Vodacom should really not offer this product if it is a faulty product, at least I know that I will definitely not be getting a Hisense ever again , rather pay the little bit more and get a Samsung. Oh and rather switch to MTN, Vodacom has terrible customer services
It was late at night and I hit a pothole , I got 2 flat tyres and I phoned AA to get a tow truck for me , it took them 3 hours to get to me , it was late at night I was alone on a quiet road , they didn't bother about my safety , I phoned them 10 times and everytime they told me a different story , if you value your life you will not bother going with AA , because I can tell you they don't care for their customers lives !!!
An absolute nightmare dealing with metrofibre , haven't had internet for 3 days and everytime they tell you that the technicians are dealing with it , they are very quick to debit my account every month, then everybody knows their job but if it comes to a problem that they created nobody knows their job ,you must have the worst technicians if they can't even fix their own network , I am definitely going to change the service provider , anybody would be better.
Every single day you'll are sending me an email regarding the same information which I send you guys every single day ,its obvious nobody knows how to do their damn job ,I want to know why is my overdraft service fee gone up can you guys answer that simple request
