Omoda South Africa can someone just assist us with basic efficient service please! Why is a car bought less than 2 months brand new and under warranty broken already? We are in week 3 already, unhappy with the curtesy car that we’re told we are privileged to have cause other clients are stranded without any? All while paying installment aswell! Why are we the ones calling and following up every day to get some means of status and to ask for assistance with a vehicle similar to the one bought to move around? Why are there no automatic cars to use there because we bought Omoda for ease but lately it’s just regrets and frustration. We have no joy from Gerard Omoda Rola Somerset West with generic responses who doesn't care if we’re frustrated or not by the inconvenience nor the Sales lady because we the ones who must follow up with them and call them and ask for a vehicle to use while THEY try to figure out what is going to be done with the vehicle we bought brand new. We have been emailing with complaints which clearly fell on deaf ears because why would someone even have the nerve to say “at least you have a courtesy car”! Omoda SA we need a car urgently! And explain to us what's wrong with the car one month in while you at it. It's the incompetence, the negligence and inconvenience for me! What ever happened to quality service? It's appalling what Omoda Somerset is putting us through while we bought the car from them and had so much trust in the business!
I had a great experience with my consultant named Patience, she steered me to the right direction
1. I make a reservation at this place and I get confirmation email that says that this cannot be canceled or change dates! This was about 8am, driving from Cape Town to Bloemfontein. 2.My car had to be looked at which took hours until it was done and upon seeing that I was running late : check in time is until 18:00, I requested for a late arrival at the property. 3.Property declines late check-in and offer no alternative! 4.I arrive in Bloemfontein, late as it was I looked stupid while scared trying to contact the property and the number did not even exist based on the response I got. I had to make an alternative plan to be safe that night. Imagine driving around at night with kids? But obviously doesn't matter because I am of color as referred. I had to to cough up another R1000 for safety that night! I have proof for everything even the call I made to the property and no answer! I requested for Booking.com the next morning, informed them what transpired for a free cancelation, of which the property then canceled the booking from their side, my assumption was that I was going to get my money back following that I had no other option with them after they declined my request! Only to realise that was not the case, I asked the property on what grounds was then the booking canceled by them then the next day after I had requested for a free cancelation via booking.com of which their answer is I am not getting my money back. I never got any service and as matter of fact I could have been robbed and they would have had no problems because they already had my money, is this how these businesses work in Bloemfontein? This is robbery and I just want everyone to be careful out there, people are thirsty. I will be taking this matter further.
I have never had a bad experience with a host in my life ever since I have booking with Booking.com This guy does not communicate that is number 1! I booked about 8 hour prior to arrival as I was driving with my 10 year old and 6 year old. I made proper arrangements via booking.com of which the host replied with they will make a plan upon arrival. I made a deposit which they don't specify is non-refundable on their page to ensure I secured a place only for the host to ignore my phone calls and messages when we arrived! I then proceeded to cancel booking which was free cancelation! On top of that, he did not even bother responding to messages the next morning but told me that the time I arrived is when normal people are sleeping! I had to make alternative arrangements at Baines Lodge where I had to pay again for my stay! He was very racist and with no care about the security of myself as a guest! Maybe because I was black my name didn't read Magdalene, I'll never know. Not only did he take my money,
I went to this shop on Saturday and I had left my card at home. I am an FNB customer and use Scan to Pay normally for payments at the shops. I was standing on the line for long and everyone looked at me funny like I was doing something wrong while the Cashier clearly didn't know what she was doing. While the line was piling up, the Manager came to us and asked the Cashier to help others and printed a tiny slip and told me to come back later. There's a Pick n Pay liquor next door and I went there to buy something using the same scan to pay method. I then asked the lady to tell me where she goes so I can teach the lady that was holding my stuff as that was the second time I encountered incompetence at that Pick n Pay with this payment method. They must move with the times and upskill their employees, with technology picking up, we use our phones to pay and with my encounter and the way the Manager handled the situation and printed the litrle slip and chased me away, I felt like I was wrong for opting for the Scan to Pay method which I feel is a great initiative by FNB when in fact the Cashier had no clue whatsoever what they were doing.
Pick n Pay needs to up skill their cashiers. I went there and used a scan to pay method and I looked like an idiot having the manager asking me to come back after the line was piling up due to the incompetent cashier who didn't know what she was doing. I had to go next door to PnP liquor for the lady to tell me how she does it so that I could finalize my payment for the things I bought. I had to be the one teach her what the other lady told me. Move with the times, technology is taking over and we don't need cards now to make payments when we have our phones!
It's fair to give compliments where it's due. So far my experience with King Price has been one of the greatest service ever received. From taking out cover with them to the claim process, I'm very much impressed with the level of service - Thank you Carel, keep up the good work!
On Maternity leave since July and still no Payment, why are they deducting UIF!!!
The Staff at this place is not friendly at all, they look at the color of your skin and decide how to treat you, not very welcoming. I had made an enquiry for a scan and they responded and when I had to confirm the date, they blocked my email address and have been ignoring all my enquiries thereof. They advertise themselves as the best Sonographers on the web page but didn't include the discrimination against people of color. All I wanted was a baby scan and pay as everyone else but my money was not welcomed, it's heartbreaking that there are still places like these!
I placed an order and I a mailed them with order number that I will not be available on dates they proposed delivery on and I requested that I collect, instead they cancel the order and I am still waiting for a refund! It's upsetting when you're excited about getting your order and they feel they can cancel without giving options cause they don't care about their custmers. I had ordered my mom a dress now she won't have one on time thanks to Superbalist and disappointment. I will never buy from them, I know I'm only one person to many South Africans so they will not even notice I am gone. The treatment is pathetic.
